I have used General Heating since 2008. They are professional and excellent at doing the work and getting it done right. I will never use anyone else.
I will forever recommend General Heating and Air to anyone having HVAC issues, they saved me and my fiance from being without heat during the record breaking blizzard that effected our area. I was not only impressed by the level of professionalism, but everyone's customer service skills as well. Each person that I worked with, I was more and more impressed with, they really understand what a customer is looking for in a company. I would like to give a huge thank you to Josh and his apprentices (I'm sorry I forgot your names) for putting in a ton of extra work that was unforseen and providing me details on what they were doing every step of the way. If you have HVAC needs, call General Heating and Air, they'll exceed your expectations without a doubt!
We’re here within 2 hours of calling at opening on a Monday. Got furnace working in no more than an hour. It quickly warmed up but quit again shortly after he left. So I called back as he had instructed and he came back after he finished the one call between my calls. Very professional yet personable and traced the root cause so it is all set now. Will call back if it quits again but with the issues verses what he repaired on the second trip where he could read the codes, I feel sure it is all set. They honor their work and any return in the next 30 days is at no charge. You can’t find that many places anymore. Highly recommend them.
I am SO happy w/ new system. Brandon & crew installed ductwork in my attic in horrid heat & never complained once about working in 140 yrs of dust!!! Lighting & ventilation was terrible & they did a great job going up 2 fights of stairs (about 20 steps per flight) hauling everything!!! Answered my many questions & even found me Victorian grates!!!!

A great family owned business. I've had a number of their techs come by over the years. They've been consistently courteous, professional, and knowledgeable, and contrary to other HVAC resellers I've dealt with, their goal seems to be getting you back in business rather than finding an excuse to sell you a new system. Glad these folks are around.

Called General Heating when my a/c went out on a weekend. I did receive a call back from someone, he was very nice, but was told he couldn't help me during off business hours because I wasn't an existing customer. This is a great way to lose a new customer.
