Excellent customer service. New furnace install from November 2022 went great and exactly as promised. It got us through a harsh winter and we are 100% satisfied. They actually exceeded my expectations when wiring the electrical having done a real pro install. The plenum built on site was done by someone with lots of experience and done correctly. I will have my AC unit replaced for Summer 2023 and follow up with a second review in the future. Thank you Ashland Furnace Co.
Called to see about getting a quote to fix my air unit and the lady who answered the phone was rude answered going "what" with an attitude.
Our unit burned up and I called Bob Woolery, he came and did an estimate that was cheaper than two other places in our area, they installed both the outside unit and the one in the attic . They also ran us a new ductwork. Very pleased with there professional work and all the employees were very nice. They will be getting all my business if ever I need anything else done. I highly recommend these people. Thanks so much

Just had new furnace installed. The cost was very reasonable and priced well. Took only 2 days to order and receive new furnace and they were here right away to install it. The crew was very professional, efficient and had the old furnace out and new one in and completely installed in only 3-4 hours. Thank you very much.
I would very highly recommend Ashland Furnace Co. for taking care of your heat pump maintenance repairs! There repair technician was at my house within a couple hours after I called about getting a blower motor for my unit . After being told by Heaberlins Heating from kitts hill , ohio that it would be next Monday before the motor would be replaced I thought that Ashland Furnace Company isn’t a family run company and they would have more options to get me a new blower motor a whole lot quicker . The blower was fixed within 24 hours and their Brandon their technician went above and beyond to get our air conditioning going again ! It’s great to work with Ashland Furnace to get the job done four days sooner ! Thanks Ashland Furnace

Terrible customer service.
I called ashland furnace to come look at my heat pump when it went down. Keep in mind they have came and worked on it before. They came 38 miles, the tech's said that there was nothing they could do because of where it was sitting. Nothing was done, no work at all. They proceeded to tell me that there would be NO CHARGE because they didnt do anything. I received a bill in the mail about 1 week later for 156.00?? I called, the lady on the phone was very rude and I was told that it was a service call change. Fine 1 service call charge at 78.00 is fine but 2? The bill was not wrote up as a service call but labor. I was also told it takes 1 hour to drive down and 1 hour to drive back which is why I was getting 2 separate charges. Since when does it take 1 hour to drive 38 miles? I will never use Ashland furnace again.

I will always call Ashland Furnace from now on. It is a treasured find knowing they are honest, efficient and very fairly priced in their services. The final cost was way less than we ever expected. It took them less than hour! To get our furnace up and running. The technicians were courteous, friendly and professional. From the research I have done, their price ranges are less than most in the area.
