Guardian is such a great company. They responded within an hour after I left a message. They came out same day and fixed my problem. Duane is very knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again if I were to run across another problem. They were recommended to me by a friend and I’m so glad.
My heat went out in the night and it got down to 50 degrees in my home with my 4 month old, 2yr old, and 7 yr old daughters. I was desperate and called Anthony's heating and cooling. They came out and told me that the part needing fixed would be around $1,300 and then sent out a sales guy to try to sell me the bottom barrel furnace for nearly $5,000. In getting another quote, I called Duane(sp?) and gave him the details on everything and my experience. At this time, I was on Day 2 of no heat. Duane said he'd have to check on the part after I texted him some photos. He called back within 1 hour and was able to take care of my entire furnace system that day for a much more reasonable amount. He had Aaron swing out to where I lived and Aaron was just as kind, professional, and knowledgeable, got everything fixed and cleaned up, and had heat in my home by lunch. They won me over for as long as they're in business! If you need HVAC help, just stop what you're doing and give them a call. Seriously. Just do it. Don't be a dummy.
They came out on a Sunday to get my air conditioning back up and running. Then when I needed a new system (mine was 22 years old) they beat the other bid by a lot with a better system. Great company to do business with, these guys are great.

Duane and Aaron did a tremendous job installing our new AC unit. They were very fair with their pricing, didn’t try to over sell me and were extremely professional/knowledgeable. Everything looks amazing and is running much more efficiently. My family will definitely be using Duane and Aaron for any of our future HVAC needs. Thank you so much for the great work.
Called them at 8 am and left a message. Aaron called me back right away and he was able to come out at 9 am. Furnace is old and just needed cleaned. Appreciate the honesty and not trying to sell me stuff I don’t need. I’ll have them service it every year and when it’s time for a new one, they’ll be the ones I hire. Thank you.

Dewayne was awesome like one of the family when we first had his company service for oct 2019 interization..inexpensive and available 24hrs 7 days a week and truely humble and cares. He saved us a ton of money today and he was honest, humble and really stood by us. Answered all our questions calls text disnt care what time it was he was there the whole qay. Honestly not just Guardian Heating n Cooling more like family..he made us feel important and explained in detail. You want a company that is up front inexpensive and totally trust worthy, honest Call Guardian 5 star 100 percent best company around. Dwayne and Aaron just left. I will never have anybody but Guardian for my heat and air. My furnace quit working. They had it up and running in a short time. They are the nicest guys ever.
