Amazingly, they came out the following day after I called in the late evening (and they called me right back) made a trip to KC for a nice 4 ton scroll compressor n evaporator coil and spent the following day with brutal heat replacing everything. The even replaced the existing concrete pad because my pad was not at all level and apparently they don't use shims for that. Incredibly professional and extremely nice and passionate in what they deliver to the customer. Two other family members use them and none of us would ever go elsewhere. They actually fixed my unit twice in the past and I never felt pressured by them to upgrade or buy a replacement. They replaced some poorly installed vent duct work also. No extra cost. No surprises. Can't say enough.
Called for AC repair when both units stopped cooling. Came out same day and repaired…under warranty and no cost. Good company and service.
I appreciate Comfort Design fixing my old air conditioner instead of telling me I needed a new one! It has been working great since they fixed it! They were also very reasonable!

Recently bought a house that did not have adequate air output in the upper story of our home. We had numerous vendors come out and tell us they couldn't figure out the issue, and another room which got virtually 0 air output (heat or cool) we were told to just put a mini-split in it to fix the issue. We had quotes of 15 grand for that one room alone. Ryan came out to examine our system top to bottom, and explained that the duct work in our attic was insufficient to allow the proper airflow from our air handler. He also gave us a recommendation to fix the previously mentioned bedroom with no airflow. He was exceptionally thorough in inspecting as much of our HVAC system and ductwork as he could, and walking me through everything he saw. Additionally, he was able to convey the information to me in a way that I could understand in laymen's terms. Two weeks of intermittent work later, Ryan and Steven had our home's HVAC more efficient than most newer homes in town. The room with 0 output is now the most comfortable room in the entire house. Half of our home repaired, at half the cost of the mini-split quote provided to us. We are beyond grateful for the work Ryan and the rest of his team did to our house. Our entire home is now pleasant and enjoyable, instead of only half of it. The 5 star ratings speak for themselves, because they do 5 star work. Thank you Comfort Designs!!!

Comfort Designs is one of the best services I have ever dealt with. The people are courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. I've had the technician Ryan multiple times for either repair or maintenance. He is very thorough and explains everything in detail so I know exactly what has been done, what to look for and things I can do to help with our house efficiency. I highly recommend the service plan. Not only do they come out twice a year to inspect the unit to keep it running at its best, but the response time for a technician to come out is amazing. By far one of the top service companies ever. I will be using them for years to come.
The technician was very professional and very knowledgeable. He explained how everything worked as well as options to make the existing system work better. Not a high pressure business by any means. I will be using this company and recommending them from now on. Great experience.
