My technician "Devin" arrived on time, I was notified that he was on his way. Devin was so polite and professional. He did the work quickly and efficiently. I was very satisfied with the service. The office staff was also very courteous. Will definitely use this company again.
Damion, you went above and beyond. As Damion is there to unplug the drain in the basement an old sink broke off the wall and water was shooting everywhere. Damien Ran in like Superman and was able to assess and fix that situation along with a clogged drain. He left me with some very helpful advice, while I ended up looking like a drenched rat I am forever grateful.
Our septic tank was full & we called for service & it was fixed the same day! Our technician Warren was very nice & did a great job. Would definitely recommend for plumbing services!

My sewer line was clogged abd backing up. Called Reddi Services and they came out on Memorial Day. Damion Fassnacht was very professional and knowledgeable. He cleared my drain and also gave me some options to consider for future calls. No other company has ever offered or mentioned these before. I will definitely request Damion again.

Had a cartridge broken in half in my shower faucet, and I had to shut down the home water supply around 8 pm. Called 4 other plumbing services, and all of them would not come until the next day. Then we reached out to Reddi Services, and they sent Don, who showed up one hour later and solved my issue in about 90 minutes. Very good work! I'm very happy and will keep them in mind for next time around.
