Installed our HVAC on a 100 degree heat index day, a weekend no less. Great service, sold us 100% U.S. made unit. Happy to support our veterans and American workforce.
Jake, the owner, came personally to my house for the initial visit. His quote for a new air conditioner was way better than the competition's "deal." At the time of install, he recommended a new furnace as well, and we should have listened!!! Sure enough, we needed it 6 months later. 🤦🏼♀️ They totally took care of us again, and at a great price. Jake and his team are very polite, and let my kids watch the whole time. Highly recommend!!!
My HVAC system had terrible air flow and could never keep up during the summer months since the day I moved into my home. Over the last few years, my old system was getting worse and home was becoming more uncomfortable to be in, especially during the summer months. I called Patriot Heating & AC to come out for an inspection of my system. At that time, it was discovered that my A/C had multiple leaks and would need to be replaced. I took this opportunity to work with Jake to help spec out, and address our ongoing airflow issues and cooling issues with our existing unit. Jake explained what options were available to me and what upgrades to our existing configuration would need to take place to address our concerns. I am happy to say it's been two weeks since Jake's crew installed our new Rheem furnace and A/C and our house hasn't been more comfortable since from a cooling standpoint! Our home can easily reach 70 degrees with the AC where that was never possible with the old unit. We couldn't be more happy with our new system and my family is amazed how much better it feels in our home. I'm looking forward to those hot summer months to see how our new system stacks up. I expect it will work well.

Outstanding service and pricing. They did such a great job on our furnace, we did not call any other companies when it camee time to do our AC. Jake, Erin, Steve and Mike are amazing people to work with! They explained everything in detail, cleaned up afterwards and were even early to the install! No price gouging or up-sells. Everyone was compassionate and we did not feel like a "one and done customer". I am big on supporting people who have served for our country and locally owned businesses! Will only make one call on our next house!!!
Highly recommend Patriot Heating and cooling. From the initial meeting with Jake to the installation with Mike and Steve, everything was handled professionally and the team was very friendly. Explained all the options, walked me through the install and maintenance. I got 3 bids from different companies and they were the the best. Very happy with the entire experience.
Jake was incredibly professional (not pushy at all) and helped me understand exactly what I needed done. He also explained what I needed for my size of home and what was not needed. Installation crew came 4-5 days later (based on what worked with my schedule) they were early and installed new heat & AC units. Mike and Steve were incredibly efficient and hard workers. They kept me updated through the entire process and showed me how everything worked at the end. Super pleased with everything Patriot did for me!
Outstanding experience! Unfortunately, we had to replace the inducer motor but was able to call and schedule an appointment. The tech was prompt and very fast. He communicated the issue and was able to go get the new motor and have it installed within 30 min. I am very happy with the work and would recommend.
My water heater broke last night, called patriot first thing this morning and jake installed a new one by 2pm. Great service, very professional

Patriot Heating & AC has been a wonderful company to do business with. Jake and his team are honest, trustworthy and experts in their craft. It has been 3 weeks since we had 2 furnaces and 2 AC units installed in our home and we are extremely happy. We initially met with Jake (the owner) who helped guide us through some options for our home. His expertise in HVAC and air flow made us feel comfortable with our choice. His install team is just as impressive as Jake. They were courteous and they all have strong attention to detail.

The Patriot team did a great job providing cost effective total home solutions for my family over the last year. They installed a whole home humidifier, performed routine maintenance which resulted in identifying an issue with my old furnace, and provided multiple recommendations to fix an airflow issue/ the broken furnace that would fit my families budget. They were always very responsive and on time. I recommend the Patriot team for any HVAC services you need.
Jake and his team are amazing! The BEST customer service I've ever received. I was very hesitant about buying a new heating and cooling system. They resonded with an hour of when I placed my call whoch was after 5PM. i knew I had a very old system and they were at my house before 8am the next day installing a new unit. Reasonable price. Everyone I've interacted with was professional. Well done Patriot!
I contacted them for a friend who had been waiting for a call back from several other companies while staying in a hotel due to no heat in her house and they responded within 2 hours and had her up and heating in no time! Great reliable company and customer service. Highly recommend!
Everytime the men come to work on anything we need looked at or fixed, they are so nice and efficient, and explain what they need to do. We have been working with Jake and his crew for many years. We wouldn't call anyone else.

Hired them to diagnose and repair AC system. They stated my unit was a "known problem unit" and suggested replacement. I hired another HVAC firm who repaired the unit for $300. Six-months later I hired them to repair a furnace. They said it was not repairable and suggested replacement. I hired another HVAC company who repaired the unit for under $200. I am of the opinion that they suggest replacing units before properly diagnosing them. Both Technicians were polite and seemed knowledgeable, but I can't help thinking I was being sold something I did not need in both cases.
