A great company to work with! We were worried that our ac unit was out, but Brian came and quickly fixed it. Brian is extremely knowledgeable and professional. We could not be happier with the service. We are new homeowners and will be using this company moving forward.
They are always prompt and respond to my urgent needs ASAP. I have used them on multiple houses and they always provide a fair and reasonable price on repair issues.

Had a 30+ year old system that was was taking a bit of work to keep going (and likely had a cracked heat exchanger to some extent). Brian and Cody were able to come check it out on a Monday and have a new full system installed by Wednesday afternoon!

We called to have our AC checked because it was not keeping the house cool. We had a houseful of guests and Cody responded quickly and was able to get it working. He warned us that the AC would not last long and would need to be replaced due to the age of the unit and the Freon that it contained. Sure enough the AC quit working and we called Brian and Cody and they replaced it right away. We are grateful that they responded quickly and are professional and hard working. We highly recommend Efficient Comfort Services.
Brian and Cody are easily the most professional, honest, and straightforward HVAC service guys I’ve interacted with. They were able to come out the next day, and even managed to show up earlier than they thought they originally could. It’s worth mentioning that they drove crosstown (northland to south Olathe) to work me into their schedule and didn’t bat an eye. I originally called them to confirm another company’s diagnosis/repair estimate. They assessed and diagnosed the problem w/i 20 minutes, and provided an extremely competitive bid with multiple options that the other HVAC company refused to provide. For reasons totally outside their control we ended up choosing the other company (we’re selling the house in a few years and figured buyers might feel better about a warranty from a bigger company & we have a prior service contract w them). If that wasn’t the case I would have hired them in a heartbeat. I know I will next time. If you’re a new homeowner or are tired of getting fleeced for every dime- give these guys a call first. You’ll be glad you did.
I have used Efficient Comfort Services for years. They are professional, reasonable, trustworthy and strive to keep the work area clean.
I recently used Efficient Comfort Services & had to share my experience. My heater wouldn't work, so I called a company out for service. Result was $500 part plus labor on 20yr system. So I decided to get bids for a new system. I had a company return my call & came out to my home that day, that hour in fact. They said this "bad part was in fact not bad - they fixed it in 20min for $100 when I asked them for a bid on a new system. EFFICIENT COMFORT SYSTEMS are the people you need to call. They said they wanted to treat customers like family & they proved to me they would. They could've sold me the new system like I asked for & thought I needed. Literally saved me 8-10k (for now which is huge) Plus local, small business a family business too. There was actually a dead bird in the exhaust motor. I never would've guessed. I will never use another company for my HVAC & water heater needs. UPDATE: Since this experience I've had them out a few more times and they've gone above & beyond every time. I ended up purchasing a new system & they impressed me again with their services, products - just everything. I will use them every TIME!
The pilot light on my water heater would not stay lit. Called Efficient Comfort Services and got a call back from Brian immediately. Came out the same morning and replaced the gas valve. Very professional, excellent communication and the repair was done quickly & cleanly. HIghly recommended. Thank you.
I manage rental properties and wish all contractors were as reliable, fair, honest and responsive as Efficient Comfort. I have worked with them for twenty years and have NEVER been disappointed. Simply a model business, cannot improve!

Cody came out and serviced our AC compressor with freon. He was very prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. We will use Efficient Comfort Services in the future.
