Nate came out the same day we had the leaky faucet drip. He did a very neat job and found another problem he found that we were unaware of and explained other details about our problem. He fixed everything correctly and skillfully. I call him Nate the Great.

Mission Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling, Mike Shelor was an excellent representative for your company. Not only did he possess the knowledge to quickly solve the AC problem and offer a fair solution, but he took the time to "listen and explain" everything to my 82 year old mother & me. I recently canceled a service contract with one of the other bigger company due to what I'll just say was less than honest tactics and what appeared to me to be preying on an elderly woman who didn't know any better. Fortunately as her son I was able to advocate on her behalf by firing them! I decided to call Mission Heating, Plumbing, & Cooling when her AC suddenly quite & temps. were in the mid 90's & after researching reviews on line and getting a couple reference from friends. I called on a Sunday and was able to get a technician (Mike Shelor) out the next day (Monday). I meet him there with my mother and he had it fixed within 1 hour for a reasonable price. Thanks for your honest and efficient work Mike & thank you to Mission Plumbing, heating, and cooling for encouraging your men to be not only capable, but honest. We were able to have a technician come out in a holiday which was wonderful! Riley arrived at our home early. He diagnosed the issue quickly and had it resolved in no time! Mission services our HVAC and plumbing. Regardless of the issue, we always have a positive experience!
Corey, Jim, and Trevor did a great job with our full-upstairs mini split install despite the brutal heat in the attic. Mark stopped in both days of the installation to check in and make sure everything was running smoothly. We only raised one concern during the installation, and the team quickly addressed it. We're really happy with how the installation went, and our new system has been running great & keeping us cool.
Corey and Walter made quick work of switching out our HVAC system during one of the warmest weeks of the year. They arrived on time and finished earlier than anticipated - given our quirky house, I’m thoroughly impressed. We would definitely recommend Mission for the quality of service alone.
Seth did an excellent job explaining everything that he was doing and why. He arrived on time and was very professional. He was honest and upfront on all the cost and available options for the repair.
I am grateful the folks at Mission were so quick to respond for a service call when my AC went out last week. The AC was declared DOA and it was older than Moses . The new unit is quiet and way more efficient. Turn around time was quick and price was reasonable.
AC went out over 4th of July weekend. They showed up earlier than expected and had my AC up and running again within an hour of arrival. Very professional, answered questions and made great recommendations. Would definitely recommend!!

We called late in a Friday evening on the hottest day of the summer so far and someone was able to come out that night. The technician, Chris Herriott was so polite and thorough and gave us good advice for going forward. We have had extremely positive experiences each time with Mission and Chris was exceptional.
We've used Mission Plumbing for various issues over the years and love their service. They consistently provide quality work at an affordable price, with friendly technicians. Today they were at my house fixing a plumbing issue within an hour of my call, especially appreciated going into a holiday weekend. Their technicians are super knowledgable and also provide tips on how to prevent the issue from recurring. Shout out to Zachary Willard and Jordan King!
Mike was not clear about what it would cost and the process he needed to go through. He rushed us to make a decision on moving forward without giving us a chance for approval from management who was out of town. We wanted to wait a couple hours before moving forward but he said he would charge $75/hour. We went ahead for the service with an initial approximate cost of $800. The parts were purchased and replaced and it still did not work. He then said another part needed replacement. It would cost another $500, totaling over $1,300. We went ahead and approved it. After all that is said and done, it still did not work. He requested another $1,800 on top of everything to replace another part, a main board. This was above and beyond the initial cost and the results were none. We requested for a discount and itemized receipts. No discount was offered, no receipts were provided. No results. This was the worst experience. All they did was charge for every hour and every part with a loaded price. If there was a better estimate from the get go, giving a range of $500-$3000, given a clear process of what may need to be done if things didn't work as expected, to be more informative so a correct decision would have been made. They were unclear, unprofessional and just wanted to make a quick buck. We do not recommend this company's services to anyone.
These guys are incredible. Honest and upfront, thoughtful and careful. After a different plumbing company shattered our kitchen drain line under the slab while cleaning it, these guys stepped up. Not only did Zachary and Gage do the difficult work of running a new kitchen drain above that had to thread through the middle of a builtin book shelf, they threaded it very carefully and unobtrusively through our finished basement so it will be almost completely unnoticeable once we get a cover on it, and spliced it into our drain stack properly so we have a permanent solution to our drain issues and an access point for future splices. It was a complicated problem that they solved with care and thoughtfulness at every step of the way. I couldn't be more thrilled. I recommend them extremely highly for their fair prices for excellent work. Zachary is a treasure they should feel proud to have as part of their company. I will be coming back to them for any plumbing and HVAC work I have in the future! Edit: had another great experience! Seth came to service our hvac and gave us both really good advice about future plans, fixed things in a knowledgeable and solid way, and generally gave me a lot of confidence that I was being sold what I needed and not being taken advantage of. A great conversationalist too! I will definitely ask for him next time I need hvac work, and am yet again impressed by Mission's professionalism and honesty.
Wow! We just had Mission Plumbing, Heating and Cooling at our home to do a summer tune-up on our two A/C units and we couldn’t be happier with the service that we received. We are so impressed with our technician, Tito Brignoni. He fixed an issue with both compressors so that now the units run whisper quiet and keep our home even cooler than before! Tito also went the extra mile to help us set up our Wi-Fi connections for both thermostats so that we can control our thermostats from all of our mobile devices. Thank you so much Tito, we will see you in the Fall for our annual furnace check-up!
Tom was very pleasant, professional and informative, working through the all day job without a break. We appreciate Mission PHC's prompt response to our problem and we found ALL the technicians courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Thanks again for saving us from the heat wave!
Blazing hot day & the A/C wasn’t working properly. They had a tech out here within a couple of hours. He was great! Got us fixed up pronto, it was just a small problem. Thank you, Tito, for getting us operational again ! Ten stars !
Kevin and his son did an excellent job removing and installing units in a cramped space and redesigning the air intake and exhaust system, all in about three hours. They explained everything and took time to see if I had any questions. I highly recommend them.
We had a leak in the wall. Collin came out assessed the situation. He had to cut a hole in the wall to get to the joint that was leaking. Repaired it and was on his way. Very professional and efficient. Would definitely have Mission Plumbing out again. Great job Collin
Gary & crew were very efficient, quiet & respectful of me & my home. They were able to have the new HVAC equipment installed & cooling in 4 to 5 hrs, very pleased AND impressed. Yes by all means, treat him & his coworker to lunch!!
