Casey did a great job assessing the health of my AC system and making sure it was operating perfectly. We discussed some concerns I had about zone cooling and he scheduled a follow up consultation for the next day.

Air Care was able to come out and give a quote the same day, after we had a terrible experience with the salesman from another company. They were able to give us a great price. The technician was lovely, on time, very respectful of our space, and did an awesome job.

It’s very difficult to find a trustworthy HVAC company. After having bad experiences myself, I opted to try Air Care because of good reviews I saw. My AC went out and I called their on call tech. Josh G came out and was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Because of his excellent service, Air Care will become my “go to” in times of need. Thanks Josh!
Where do I start? Best experience with any business I’ve ever had. John and team were quite amazing. John came for a consultation on Wednesday, gave us an innovative solution for our ac issue (we had talked to 4 other hvac companies who could not solve the problem). We received a bid for a very fair price onsight and John and team were able to complete a big job for us on Friday of the same week. the team stayed until 8pm on a Friday night to finish the job. I can’t thank John, team, air care and the other great staff enough. You have a customer for life.

Todd was able to come out the SAME day to repair our AC before the HOT weekend. We know we are on borrowed time with our old unit and will definitely use Air Care when the time comes! I can’t say enough good things about this company!!

Called and spoke with Shaun(?) in the office, to see if they carry R-22, he was able to confirm that they do. Asked how much it costs per pound and general idea on service fee. He said they don't have prices in the office, only the technicians have that info. Asked to be transferred to a tech. He said they are all busy assisting clients. Okay, that's fine. Asked if he could email me when he gets that information from one of the techs later. He refused to help further at that point. Thanks for at least confirming you have R-22 though. Edit: Thank you for clarifying. I hope in the future you can communicate that the reason you won't provide pricing is because of policy and not invent something like the techs only having those numbers and then refuse to assist the customer in getting in contact with a tech. A Service Fee should 100% be available upfront though.
Casey was courteous and fixed the problem with the a.c. right away, after making sure I understood the situation. He was professional and personable. I’m impressed!
Josh Gaddy from Air Care came by this afternoon for our regular Fall system maintenance/checkup. He couldn’t have been nicer, and he spent quite a bit of time with me answering my questions and helping me to become more familiar with the HVAC system in our new home. I’m glad to have found a service professional like Josh who clearly knows his stuff. June 2023 Supplement: Josh came by this week for our Spring/Summer system maintenance/checkup. In addition to quickly handling the normal system checks, he spent a lot of time helping to connect my phone with the thermostat - so that I can adjust my HVAC temperature settings from anywhere. He successfully brought me into the 21st century and patiently walked me through everything. Thanks Josh!
