Great service. When my wife showed up at the door with a mask on to let the tech in, he offered to put a mask on too. He was fast but accurate and was very professional. It was nice getting an email with an itemized list of work done. Called them out for a routine AC maintenance - very good customer service. When our 20 year old system gives up, I’ll be calling them for the replacement
They pulled the filter and didn’t replace it. They also didn’t even tell me that they pulled it out. It has been running without a filter. Now I have to go to Walmart and buy one. You think that would be part of the system summer checkup. It doesn’t seem correct to me I should have been told. Also says they replaced a blower motor in July of 2023. That was not done either. It wrote on the tag downstairs. Stuff not making sense. Mr.Wilson
A/c quit working. Technician showed up and diagnosed the problem quickly. Had the parts and system fixed same day. Thanks Mr. Breeze!
My house was a furnace so I called Mr. Breeze The technician was a cool dude who showed me the broken part. He even laughed at my Flux capacitor joke which he probably heard 5 times this week. I highly recommend them.

ALTHOUGH THE TECH WAS NOT FAMILIAR WIT OUR SYSTEM, HE QUICKLY FOUND THE MAIN PROBLEM AND GOT THE SYSTEM UP AND RUNNING. HE ALSO FOUND A MINOR ISSUE AND HAD TO MAKE A RETURN TRIP DUE TO RAIN. FOLLOW UP WAS QUICK AND PROFESSIONAL BECAUSE HE DID RESEARCH. WE ARE VERY PLEASED.
I purchased a Dakin air conditioner, heat pump and furnace combination from Mr. breeze. I now have a comfortable house and 12 years of worry, free heating and cooling!
The service men where prompted did great work and done in a timely manner. I'm glad to buy locally.
The men that came to check our AC found that the compressor cooling fan was bad and needed replacement. They were personable and friendly. They had to get a new fan which they thought would be ordered and would take a day or two to get back. I received a call from their office the same day before the technicians left my home telling me that the fan had been delivered and we set up a time for them to come back. At their return they installed the new fan and set up my new furnace for the upcoming cooler months. Again, great company.
Thank you to Mr. Breeze for saving the day! Zack hunted down the hard-to-get parts, tracked their delivery, kept me updated on their arrival, and then the very friendly and competent Jake installed them the very same day they arrived. Now that's service for you!

Our AC went out. Called and left a message. Very timely response and no nonsense service. The process was easy from selecting a new unit, to paying, to scheduling, and the communication was constant the entire time. Was never tried to be upsold. Was never given a hard time about not using their line of credit. Everyone was nice and informative. I can't recommend them enough. Glad I went with a local company and will call them again if there's ever an issue.
