I have been asking for the last year for them to come out and give me an estimate on a water softener and HVAC system they never responded. I made at least two different appointments and they never called or showed up. I even went to their office to get help and once again they told me what they sold all the details about it but when I scheduled an appointment to go over installation and price they never showed. I would find a local company that values being responsive to their customers needs. I have never received any calls from them about the scheduled appointments I have all the emails that I sent to you, honestly I would like to buy the product with out your involvement but regrettably I cannot.

Update: My service warranty expired a few years ago. JF Denny called and asked if I needed a service done. It just so happened that we had an issue with the system the week prior. Shawn came out and checked the system, did a water test, and offered me a protection service plan. He was very friendly, courteous and helpful. I highly recommend JF Denny! First service call: Had Charles B. come out to resolve a service issue. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He assessed the problem and fixed it. He explained the problem and the process in a way that was easy to understand. Great service!
I was recommended from another plumber to use JF Denney, since he didn't have the equipment to do the job. They were very polite and got the job done quickly. Price was great. Will use them again

We have an old propane heater (from the 40's or 50's) that was not staying lit. Called JF Denney, after seeing a photo of the heater they definitely wanted to see if they could fix it rather than replace. They had a tech out here the next day (Extra bonus, the tech put on plastic booties before even walking in the house which was appreciated). - he had it fixed in about an hour or so. Fast service and the price was very fair as well. Definitely recommend.
Very happy with the service I received on my water softener system it was having issues they figured out the tanks needed to be replaced replaced at no extra charge I highly recommend the monthly service plan for any of the water softener systems it paid off in the long run and they take care of all of my filter needs and salt great company to work with!

They have done several projects at our house - fix a toilet shut off valve; toilet backup; water shutoff leak in icemaker water supply; and the list goes on. We wont use anyone else.
The service techs responded in a timely manner. They were friendly and professional, diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly, and offered knowledgeable suggestions on how to prevent a future problem. Jill came out to our house and did a great job listening to our needs and offering us solutions that were outside the box. We did a lot of research and decided that for our water softener and RO filter project they were the right choice for us. The whole process was simple yet very clear and precise. The system was installed within a few days and it only took half a day for Jared to replace our old system. Jared did an amazing job with the installation. Overall a great experience. We will be reaching out to them for any future projects we have and they do a lot more than just water systems.
We needed to reroute our water softener discharge away from the septic tank. Jared arrived on schedule and completed the job in a timely professional manner. Jared takes pride in his work and is willing to answer questions the customer may have.
