Used this company on my heater the guy was honest and did it for almost free several months ago. Then yesterday called them again and Brendan came out luckily it was same guy from before. Within a few minutes he told us the AC motor was out, gave us a quote and said he'd be back tomorrow "today". He would not accept any money for his time nor had us sign anything. He showed up today and went right to work. Did a great job and his price was what he quoted. This family business is trustworthy, honest, and reasonable. Unlike other local companies they really do care. Brendan is an amazing representative for this company. Its just hard to find honest people. You won't be dissappointed. We had these guys replace our whole system and what a wonderful experience! There was no up selling at all. They quoted four systems, a range from budget model all the way through to the top of the line. When choosing systems, I found the tech specs to be very similar across manufacturers but the difference is in the craftsmanship of the installers. I manage field technicians for a living and can testify these guys are top shelf. The installation of our new system is superior to the old one by a lot. Tubes and drains are routed to give us more space and everything is installed and sealed neatly. Their impact to the house while doing their work was remarkably minimized. I seriously can't say enough about this purchase and installation. These guys set the bar.
Technician was great. He went over the issue with me and showed me what caused it and how to fix it in the future. Their responsiveness was exceptional and price was reasonable. Thank you.
Outstanding called and inquired about services. Got someone (Brandon) I believe was his name. Came out figured out within 20 to 30 minutes what the problem was gave me the options for fixing it and informed me of prices fixed the issue needed a new thermostat cleaned flame sensor. Only cost 122 dollars and about 45 minutes and he was gone. Furnace is now chugging along like new. Thank you

Brendan installed a furnace and AC, saves us big $! He is great to work with. We had a preexisting thermostat wiring problem, he solved the problem, came out and fixed it no charge!

My mother-in-law is 98. We had been suffering with no cool air for a week. We called and the nicest young man came out on Sunday of Labor day weekend and had it fixed and getting cool air within 45 minutes. Very reasonable rates. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Could not be more happy with the service! We were given several options to choose from to replace our entire HVAC system. Extremely knowledgeable of the systems…helped us choose the replacement right for our home. Need to get your DRYER VENT cleaned out? How about your AC/FURNACE serviced? It's a busy time of year for contractors, so it's been impossible to get anybody to call me back or even answer their phone. Four (local) companies later, I thankfully stumbled upon Mann's Heating and Cooling, a brand new family-owned company based out of Leavenworth. Not only did they answer the phone when I first called, but they offered to come out SAME-day. Brendan (the owner) showed up ON time (speaks volumes already), was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and the prices were reasonable. This is the kind of professional work ethic I've been looking for, and he's now got a customer for life. If you want to support local and small, I HIGHLY recommend this company.
