Called for a slow draining sink at my restaurant. Showed up on time and addressed my issue. Communicated well and was very fair price wise. Don't want to call again, but won't hesitate should the need arise. Very happy.

I just had these guys rough-in my basement bathroom and they did an excellent job. They adapted to some issues that the builder messed up on, made recommendations on the best way to do the finish work, and were able to work around the bathroom fixtures I bought, that weren't the best for the layout of the existing utilities. These guys just became my lifetime plumbers! I had them come back to install a wet bar sink and run a water line for an ice maker for my basement fridge. Still a happy and satisfied customer! I'll be hiring them for all my HVAC needs now too.
Our A/C wasn't working. Hunter Tilson came out and did such a thorough job. He took Photos, made a List and sat down & explained everything to me of what he found and what was wrong. He then showed me the prices of what the repairs would be to which we did. He was at our home for about 5 Hours working to on to make sure it worked properly. We are so thankful he came out the same day we called & how thorough he was. Made my day and now we can all feel comfortable again with the A/C now working. Thank you Hunter for all you did! It was truly appreciated!
All my drains were running slow, but there was a major clog somewhere. Tyler and Couper were right on time but unable to complete the job because there is a major problem at a spot where the pipes meet in the yard. Will require major repairs. But the service was great. Tyler explained the situation and we called the landlord.

The service provided was professional and thorough. Hunter did a great job explaining what my AC unit required to run properly. Cooper who changed out my toilet was on time and finished quickly. I am very grateful for the work the service techs did.
Was charged to have a technician come out to my house and spend two hours trying to quote adding a gas line and backup sump pump. $2,100 for a back up sump pump? $3,100 to extend gas service to the kitchen…. Way over priced. Showed up on time and a friendly technician so that was a plus.
I have used Pd plumbing now for several years and couldn't say enough good about them. Very punctual, professional and the work quality is also good. I have always felt like I was treated fair. I have reffered many friends to them and will continue to do so !
PD Plumbing and Restoration has been my go-to plumbing service for a while now. My main line backs up a few times a year and they are always quick to come out, clear the line and get us going again. UPDATE****Tyler and Cooper came out on Feb 28, 2023. They diagnosed the problem and we made a plan for them to come out again to do the work (Water heater replacement). Both gentlemen were knowledgeable, professional, and explained our options clearly. Both of them also wore masks (per our request) and we appreciated that a bunch because we have immunocompromised people in our home. We are looking forward to the job ahead, and we are confident that they will do a great job. Thanks guys! UPDATE**** Aaron and Jacob came out on March 2, 2023 to install a new water heater. The gentlemen came right on time, and got to work. They worked quickly, efficiently, and everything went well. They picked up after the work was done, and left the area just as it was when they arrived. They checked to make sure we were up and running before they left, and gave us a few estimates for future work. Aaron and Jacob also wore masks while they were in our home (per our request) and it was much appreciated. Thanks for keeping your services accessible to the immunocompromised and the medically fragile. Our family will happily keep using PD Plumbing! Well done, gentlemen!

We hire PD last January for field line repairs for our septic tank. The replacement work was done quickly but the work to make our yard 'normal' has not been. I called them last March inquiring about moving the large dirt pile left in our yard and was told more dirt needed to settle and they would be back in July to remove the dirt pile. In December with the dirt pile still not taken care of and several attempt to call PD I put up a review about their service. They notified my husband and told him once the review was removed the job would be finished. I promptly removed the review but the work was not completed. I understand weather issues that can delay an outdoor job. I don't understand a customer having to continually call a business to get a paid for job done. Our neighbors were looking to have the same thing done at their home and hired a company using our yard as an example of what they did not want the finished job to look like. It was absolutely horrible to mow my yard all last spring and summer and we will getting the job completed by another company. I can only wonder with their 4.8 star review how many other negative reviews they asked other dissatisfied customers to remove.

Cooper was great! He went above and beyond to remove tree roots from my sewer lines and get my plumbing back up and going. I’m very appreciative of the time he took to correct the issue. Will use again for all my future plumbing needs.
I wanted the best because you cannot and should not mess around with anything plumbing related so I called PD plumbing. I am in Severy and they came out for a bit more than the regular price due to the price of gas. We were worried it was going to be a disaster because the area around the toilet looked like it was leaking. Bobby was able to find and fix the issue quickly. BOBBY IS THE BEST! Please be good to him PD plumbing. He was professional and his work is exemplary. We will stay with Bobby and recommend PD plumbing, thank you!
Gas line repair. Did a good job but it was very expensive and the job took too long as needed parts were not on the truck. Had to wait on three parts run trips.
