Honest and quick! These guys know their stuff. The best in the business with geothermal systems as well!
Generally not happy with them. Expensive compared to others in the area. I have a whole story about management but whatever.

Our Heat stopped working on December 23rd, we learned it is done working on the 24th - Christmas Eve - NO ONE wanted to come out and help us & fix it, the ONLY place that accepted to come to see us, SAME DAY, was Precision Comfort Systems(PCS). They were on time and Saved us BIGTIME! I was NOT a current customer for PCS at the time, but he did not hesitate and came and helped. Additionally, they were super honest, they told us the issue is from our thick filters and did not make up imaginary issues to upsell or charge us unnecessarily. Thank you, PCS for running an honest, knowledgeable, and responsive business here in Westfield.
I have been using Precision Comfort Systems for at least 18 years. They installed and service my radiant heating system, which is a complex piece of equipment. I have enjoyed the relationship and always know I am being taken care of.
I was told by another heating and cooling company during an annual inspection that my 10-year-old furnace was shot and that using my warranty was a waste of money because other parts would quickly go bad. I called Precision and they sent somebody out the next day to inspect and told me that nothing was wrong with my furnace, and that I have years of use left. I'm glad I now have a company I can trust to service my heating and cooling system.
During the recent life threatening weather, their tech Dave willingly helped my husband over the phone to solve our out of heat problem. Other HVAC companies said 'see you in 4 days'!

Our furnace died in the evening on December 23rd, I called 16 companies to come and fix my furnace and NO ONE CAME EXCEPT Precision Comfort Systems. I am not a member with them but they still came to help us to get our furnace working. Issac was professional, and knowledgeable. He explained the issue and gave us tips on what type of filter we should use to get the best outcome and do not have further issues. Thank you Issac and PCS for coming to our rescue while weather was -10 degrees outside.

If you are tired of the bigger companies trying to convince you that you need a brand new system when the one you have is still under warranty, come to Precision Comfort. Honest, hard-working and very knowledgeable technicians will make it worth your while to stay with them for a lifetime! You’ll be sorry if you go anywhere else!
We looked around and talked to 7 different companies and we choose to go with Precision because of their representative Paul Reynold and the quality product, and fair price. Paul was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable. They installed our new HVAC system the next day of us signing and the new system is phenomenal. The installers were on time and professional. We are very happy with our decision, and we highly recommend Paul and Precision!

We have been customers of Precision Comfort Systems for many years and have been very satisfied with in all the services they have provided for us.
We used Precision Comfort Systems for close to 20 years. They installed our Trane furnaces and Trane air conditioners. We replaced our first system after 13 years and then replaced the entire HVAC a few years before selling our home and moving. They offered the best pricing and warranty that we could find and were the only company that we used to service our units. Installation was painless and their service was excellent. I highly recommend them!
I use PCS routinely for maintenance services for all HVAC components. We also used them to replace our old system for heating and air conditioning which was 16 years old. All staff are professional and take time to explain any necessary steps that need to be taken. Service is timely and the system installed is a significant improvement in efficiency and cost savings.
Precision installed my geothermal system several years ago. Their price was much better than other vendors I checked into. Every time I've had to call them, they have been nice, timely getting to my house, and thorough. Harry was the technician that came out recently. He was awesome!
Precision Comfort Systems installed our Geo system in 2012. I tell people today that its one of the best upgrades we have ever done to our home. They are out twice a year to make sure the system is running in tip top shape. They are well worth the investment.
We have used Precision Comfort Systems for many years. They installed our current geothermal system and maintain it by performing spring and fall service checks. The geothermal works flawlessly. The service techs are all very friendly and courteous. They know the details and will gladly explain anything about the system to you. Wonderful company and people. Wouldn't trust my geothermal to anyone else!
We had a geothermal unit installed and have inspections twice yearly for past 7 yrs and they are generally prompt, courteous, and will even replace the filter during inspection if you have a new one there, even though I didn't buy the filter from them.
I respect this company; they are committed to customer satisfaction! If there is an issue they are quick to correct it and that means a lot to me!
