Ted has maintained and even upgraded our HVAC. He is reliable, available as soon as possible, efficient in his work and diagnosis, etc... I would recommend his service.
Ryan and Ted came and gave us a quote, which was MUCH lower than other companies we had gotten quotes from, and we’re out the NEXT day to install! On time, professional, and willing to give advice on some self maintenance. Happy we went with Integrity and will make sure to refer to anyone we know!

Our heat pump decided to go out on the hottest day of the year. They were able to come out later that day but the system started going again when taking a look. Ryan was able to tell me what he thought was wrong (compressor starting to go out) but couldn't say for sure since it wouldn't do it when here. But he let us know what to brace for should that be the case. We prepared to replace it at that time. I contacted him the next day when it went out again and told him what it was doing when we had a friend of a friend taking a look. Ryan got ahold of me right away and was able to get quotes to me for a replacement unit quickly. We were limited on what is available due to supply shortages but he worked to make sure we were offered good choices based on what we stated we were looking for. We picked Integrity for the replacement after receiving a few quotes for several reasons. Ryan was approachable and professional and did a good job answering questions and letting us know what to expect. They provided a good labor warranty with their install. And, when we researched it, we preferred the brand they were offering compared to some other quotes. We've never had much luck with heating and cooling companies or units with both houses we've had built. This unit is already running and cooling better than the last unit did when brand new. We're hopeful we've found an honest and reliable local company we can continue to use for years to come!
We had AC and Heating issues. Call multiple companies and call Integrity guys for the diagnostic and second opinion. Quick response and satisfied time for us. After detailed diagnostic they were able to locate issue and very reasonable estimate for repair. Came back in 2 days with parts and fix everything. Professionalism, work ethic, honest, showed high level of the knowledge with paying attention to small details. We are 100% satisfied with their work and we will be using them for any AC or Heating needs. Thank you very much for keeping service on the HIGH level.
I have been using these guys for years. Very reasonable on pricing. First time I met them they came out on a Sunday when all 24 hour places didn't even call back. Highly recommend them. Great service too. Always get back to me fast too.
Chris Heldman has an awful mouth. Absolutely awful. Does not have any people skills. Very unprofessional, would not hire him to work a 10 foot pole if he had to talk to any of my clients.
Ryan and Ted at Integrity Heating and Air Conditioning are the very best. We have used them for several years. They just did the annual maintenance on our AC unit to keep it running its best. Used this company, the duo Ryan and Ted 2nd time, fixing broken Air conditioner. They were punctual, honest and right priced for replacing burnt condenser. I am looking forward to a price quote for replacement of HVAC system, will share experience.
Great service and excellent value. My A/C stopped working. Within hours of calling the guys arrived and diagnosed the problem and had it back operating quickly and for an extremely reasonable price. Definitely recommend these guys for any HVAC need!
Had an A/C issue. Ryan came for a service call and recommended that we contact the technician who installed it earlier as our unit should be under warranty. He did not charge for the service, which we really appreciated in this day and age. I recommend Integrity Heating and Air to anyone - they live up to their name. Very professional, courteous, respectful, and conscientious.
I HIGHLY recommend using the services of Integrity Heating and Air Conditioning!! The customer service, focus, and quality was phenomenal! On Memorial Day, I called/left a voice mail in desperate need of A/C service. Within minutes, Ted called me back - on a holiday. Though he couldn't schedule a visit that day, he kindly walked me through a bit of troubleshooting over the phone, determined the coils might be frozen, and provided a short-term recommendation until he could check personally. He scheduled a 9:00 a.m. visit the next morning, and at 8:55 a.m., Ted was at my garage door. In less than 30 minutes, the issue was identified and resolved. Thanks Ted!

Knowledgeable, punctual, and efficient. They installed heating and cooling in my room addition, then serviced my air conditioner. Ryan was here within an hr of my a/c service call. They will be my go-to for heating and cooling from here on out.
Realized our A/C was not working late last night. Called Intergrity before going to work at 7:15am and they showed up and had it running before 9:30am the same day. Very reasonable trip and service charge and fast professional service. I highly recommend them!
These guys are great. Ted and Ryan know their stuff and are very upfront. Honest, dependable, and very reasonably priced on their last service call. They did our AC install last year and beat everyone. I highly recommend them.
This is the absolute best company to work with for any heating and cooling needs! The couple of times we have had things come up with our unit, they have been there to help right away, they explained everything that was going on so, and they always fixed things with good quality as well as the customer's budget in mind! We have found it difficult to find good vendors in this area and are so grateful we found Integrity because they have been the best company to work with 😀!! Thank you so much!

Wow... what great service! These guys are so fast and efficient. They fit our service request into their busy schedule immediately. They completed the work quickly and were very thorough. They even came out to correct and small problem I had caused free of charge. This is a two man- locally owned company really operates (as the name states) with INTEGRITY! A+✅✅✅✅
