Part 1 - This is a good, efficient company. My technician, Jeremy, was knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I’m a loyal customer now. Part 2 - the men who installed the system on Thursday set the blower on high and the noise was unbearable. On Friday, Peterman sent another crew out to troubleshoot the loud, jet engine noise and reduce the ridiculous amount of air blowing out of the vents. About 5 minutes after this crew left the temperature jumped up a couple of degrees as very hot air was coming through the vents. I called Peterman immediately and they said they would send another technician out later in the day. I was so happy to find out that Jeremy was on his way!! He is such a knowledgeable technician. He can figure things out. He works hard. He listens and gives good advice. I knew he could fix the problem and he did!
First time using Peterman Brothers. Super easy to schedule check-up service online. Technician, Ryan, was polite, considerate and extraordinarily professional from the time he knocked on the door. Service was thorough, well explained and put back just as he found it. Highly recommend !
I would definitely recommend Peterman Bros. Chase came to diagnose a problem, and he was professional, courteous and pleasant to deal with. He went the extra mile to make sure I understood the issues thoroughly, and that my concerns were addressed. Would definitely recommend Chase and Peterman Bros.!

We all want to make sure we have a fair quote. I called Peterman for a second opinion because my air went out in the dead of summer. Had it already estimated by a reputable company. Peterman (Oscar) found the issue and it wasn’t the problem the other company quoted. That part worked fine. Repair quote was $1000 for the wrong part and then a $7k quote for new unit from the other company. Oscar came same day of call, diagnosed and fixed in an hour. Total cost $210! I lost my job of 33 years a couple months ago. This was a true blessing! Thank you! PS. My unit is 18 years old!!!
The tech, Parker, was very friendly and efficient. His feedback on my system was detailed and he didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff that can wait until later, but nevertheless explained everything he saw. It was a great experience. I really like this company

Did an excellent job of reviewing everything needed for an installation of a tankless water heater. Caught a leak in the water softener and shared detailed information about how everything would be done.
Update: first drain clearing was not fully completed & clog resumed within 24 hours. Return trip found the actual problem & removed the debris, but caused a slow leak. Final update: they repaired the leak. Overall, they were professional & resolved the problems, it just took a couple extra trips. Fortunately, we have more than one toilet in the house so we were not without facilities.
Kendall and Billy were awesome. Very knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing.
The tecnissions, (Dave and Derrick ), were knowledgeable, efficient, payed attention not to soil anything. They were personable, and effectively responded to all my questions. The install went without a hitch.

We've used Peterman Bros for a year now and never been disappointed in their service. They've always been upfront, fair, honest, and professional, and our most recent HVAC service was no different. Brooke, the tech, was punctual, professional, and polite, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. As always, pleased with Peterman and will continue to use them in the future.
Dan was very good at letting us know what he was doing and whatever he found. He explained everything to us very clearly and we will be glad to have him back in the future for any service we may need.

This is my first time using Peterman Bros., and they did not disappoint! It was pretty much everything you'd hope it would be. It was professional, timely, affordable (with coupon it was like $60 for the maintenance on my AC!), educational, and friendly. I will DEFINITELY be calling Peterman again. My service tech was Derrick, and he was excellent. Seriously. They offered extra services but weren't pushy like another company I've used (cough, cough Summers). My ONLY complaint was that they don't give you a time slot when they will be coming. But I told the scheduler that I really wanted something in the morning if they could swing it, and they got me in as the first visit of the day. Very cool. If they treat their employees well, then it may be the perfect company. I hope they do.

My annual plumbing maintenance was performed today by Marc Louzon. I was exceedingly pleased with his professionalism, and appreciated his pleasant demeanor as he thoroughly inspected all “water related” equipment.
Marc was very courteous, professional and thorough in inspecting our plumbing. Flushed the water heater and addressed any concerns we had.
