This company is a joke. Don’t ever use them for your HVAC needs. Also, if you’re considering working for them, don’t. They’ll never provide work for you so you’ll be more like a part time employee. They’re extremely unprofessional. They’ll even go out to your house to do a job without even offering you a quote or they’ll have the absolute wrong equipment. I’ve also heard from several others that the new owners are what made this company downhill. I have a relative that worked for them and their equipment comes damaged and faulty parts. The turn over rate is so high because they fire all of their bosses hiring new ones thinking that’ll make the company “better”. Several members of my family have had work done by Basset and always have to call back because something goes wrong. All around unprofessional. Always get quotes from real small businesses because I’m sure this company will do anything for a check. Even replacing systems that work perfectly fine. They keep employees that have criminal records because they’re so desperate to have guys on the back burner in case work starts picking up. Just GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
Warren did a great job. He reeled the hose back in and left things very neat. He even pulled my empty trash can back to the garage.
Christian was my electrician and was fantastic. Arrived on time and was great during the whole site visit. Swapped out all outlets and installed some GFCI outlets. Will definitely use them for future work.
Service isn't as good since being sold. Didn't clean the outside unit like before. Was here less than 1/2 hour. Sat outside after appointment in his truck at least 1/2 hour or longer. Bring back the old Basset!
We had Thomas come out when our hot water tank stopped working. He came out and noticed a lot of issues. (13+ years old) he replaced it that day. Came out for a service check and he check every plumbing issue in the house. Fixed our sink that had to be in a certain spot to stop. Fixed the valves for our outside spigot and stopped the squeaking. Notice water not flushing right in our older toilet and found that the water softener wasn’t working at all. Came out in two days we bought our own toilet and kitchen sink faucet and he installed the toilet, faucet, spigot, and water softener extremely quickly and efficiently while entertaining our three year olds every question . Great guy. Great company.
Jose was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. Great service from everyone I talked to.
Patrick is very polite and always gives us great advice and feedback. He always answers our questions truthfully. I know when he comes to do our maintenance it will always be done properly. I always request Patrick because he is the best.
Very informative, was excellent in the knowledge of the system. Brought to my attention a better air purifier which would help the whole house. I hope he will be the tech that returns when we request more attention for our system

Highly recommend this company. I needed a pool pump wire replaced that had overheated so I messaged them late evening and they responded immediately and scheduled someone to call me the next day. I was in a time crunch and they delivered. The admin called early next morning with some of the best, and most kind customer service I’ve experienced over the phone. They set the appointment for a few hours away. They then called back and moved me up and there was someone at my house within 45 min of making the appointment. They fixed my electrical issue quickly. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. I 100% recommend this company. Thank you!
Called with toilets and tubs backing up on a Saturday night. I had already called 7 other '24 hour plumbers' with no one able to get here until the next day. Bassett saved the night by having Lucas come out at 10 pm and quoting us a couple of prices, gave us some options and suggestions, as well as a few things to look out for since the issue was not ours, it's the property owners not installing the plumbing correctly to the main sewage drain. Lucas gave me pictures and a video to show exactly what was wrong and how it needed to be fixed correctly. We are all so grateful for him coming out so quickly and so late at night to help. Basset may not be the cheapest, but their professionalism and quality of work has earned them a lifelong customer and I'll gladly pay the extra money for the quality of work I received! Thank you Basset and thank you Lucas!
CJ and the service department was great. Geo blowing fuses. Came out and troubleshooted. Found bad control board.
CJ did a wonderful job. We received verification Eye Wave was working properly and all air test levels were good.
First, it’s important I mention the scheduler/dispatcher and serviceman were courteous, friendly and professional. There was absolutely no problem there. Plus, he showed up when he was scheduled. Great. Our problem: there’s a break somewhere along a 100’ underground power line to the pole barn. Probably due to a burrowing animal. But where was the break? I called for Bassett to simply come out, trace the 100’ line and tell me where to dig. We’re not talking major electrical work here but rather a 20-30 minute job, if that. Just trace it, point to the ground and say, “Dig there.” Their estimate: $499. Ouch. Now, I get that things are expensive. I do. But I declined and, of course, still had to pay the $69 service fee. So, I’ll buy a tracer for a one-time use and do it myself. Not a good way to start the day.
Lucas was great! Explained everything and let me know of options available to me that I was unaware of. Checked and cleaned the HVAC. Made my summer that much better with no worries!
I had a new hot tub hooked up to an existing breaker. It was insanely expensive. ($900!) Will not use again for electrical services.
I felt the cost of the repair was too high. $368 for one hour repair.
