Kyle and his workers delivered me a fantastic HVAC system for a fair price quickly and very professionally installation clean lines and quickly installed. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to do your HVAC install or any work they can do for you. A1+++
We were told by a larger HVAC company that our AC had 3 problems and needed multiple expensive repairs or needed replaced. We held up on the repairs or replacement. We called out Kyle from KMI for a second opinion. This was a great move. He replaced just 1 inexpensive part and had my system running. He is honest and doesn't try to over charge. Glad we found an HVAC person we can trust.
KMI provided prompt, professional service when I was in a tough situation with my furnace. The problem was diagnosed and fixed quickly at a very fair price, and all of my questions were answered thoroughly. I am glad I found KMI HVAC and highly recommend them to all.
Kyle came out to inspect my unit that went out. He was able to explain to me my options. I told him I was just planning on replacing my whole unit since it was 21 years old, and he sent me a quote. He was able to come out the next week after trying to figure out financing. He was able to replace my whole unit and even reduced the price, since I told him he was able to reuse the piping so I didnt have to have more holes in the house. (Why replace something that's not broken?) Turned on the unit and within the next few hours my house was back to 72 degrees. Very knowledgable and for a small business in these times they need our help.
They did an awesome job in replacing my ac/heating unit. Though the weather outside was rough, they got it done. I appreciate how thorough they were with their work. Thank you.
Called Kyle @ KMI came right out to service my condenser. Straight talk, ended up reassuring me my system was in fine shape. Glad to have met him and helped me out. I recommend KMI HVAC MECHANICAL.
Kyle did an absolutely phenomenal job in fixing my parent's HVAC system, as well as mine, at a very affordable price. After being informed by another HVAC company that there was nothing that could be done to repair my heat pump, and that they would have to replace BOTH my heat pump and 1 year old furnace for $4000, I decided to get a second opinion. Thankfully, I did, and it ended up saving me a significant amount of money. Kyle was much more professional, personable, and I would highly recommend him for any HVAC assistance that you may need.

My furnace stopped working, it was very cold out The tech at KMI, Kyle was very professional and gave me suggestions on how to keep warm for the night and told me he would get to me asap. He was able to get to me the next morning. What really stood out to me was that he knew I was in a desperate position, but he didn’t take advantage of me. The price was very reasonable and he even checked to make sure that other things nearby were functioning properly. I would definitely recommend KMI to anyone that needs HVAC work. I called KMI because my furnace was blowing out cold air. Kyle was able to fix it quickly to get us warm again! He was very friendly and knowledge. He also spoke with my warranty people to explain what needed replaced. I will be calling KMI for all my HVAC needs! Best service ever!
