We've used Hardin for years and they are fast, reasonably priced, and just do a fantastic job!
Seriously, this man is my hero. Every company who ever came out to perform maintenance on my furnace immediately told me it was going out and needed to be replaced. He on the other hand comes out immediately and fixes it. I don't know what I would do without this company, I am so very grateful!!

Randy came the same day to fix my AC. He is honest, trustworthy, and I will definitely be using him again for any HVAC needs in the future! He knows his stuff and I am so glad people like him are still around!
These people are liers. I had a problem with the fan on the outside unit of my heat pump. He told me it had to be replaced it with a new fan. This costed me $550.00 He assured to me that it was a good product an is guaranteed for one year. After 9 months the fan stopped to work. I called on him to come and look at the problem. He refused and told me he was busy, and asked me to hire someone else to repair it. He may fix your problem short term but don't count on him for follow-up.
Fast, friendly, and reasonable. Knowledgeable and didn't try to get us to buy what we didn't need.
I heating and air friend of mine diagnosed my furnace problem over the phone as the igniter. Said he gets them for around $16 but to save me some drive time I should call Hardin, but to expect to pay around $40. I called and was told that they had it. When I arrived he tried to sell it to me for $165. I asked if he was joking and he said no! If he didn't want to sell it to me I wish he would have just said so over the phone and not wasted my time. If $16 parts are marked up to $165 I hate to think what a service call costs!!
Came out at the promised time and had the repair done in no time. Explained the issue that was causing the problem.
The company has always done a great job for us. They have taken the time to explain what was wrong so that we understood and then explained what it was going to take to fix.
Called on a Monday at 3:50 PM and got a recorded message tat they were closed and they are only open Mon - Fri from 8-5. Ridiculous
