We contacted True Temp for an estimate to replace our HVAC system. They came out and looked at everything and said someone would get back to us. The guy didn’t give me any information at all about what we needed or what they offered. Then no one ever called me with the estimate. I guess they didn’t want out business.
It was great working with Dawn at True Temp to get the correct unit picked out! We had some considerations that made the purchase less straight forward and Dawn had the needed answers and asked all the right questions to make sure we had the right system for our house. The techs arrived on time, were friendly, and clean about their work. They explained things well and were quick about their work. The house was back to cooling down well before I expected them to be done. I would HAPPILY use True Temp again!

I have never used their business before but they are such nice people that they stopped and helped me and my daughter when our truck wouldn't start at the bank. Not everyone would do that, they are great people and I will be putting their business card in my files for next time I need this type of service. Thank you! :)
The Team at True Temp is Totally Worth Your Time. Installed A-coil & Furnace promptly after we committed. (Total cost was 25% Less than what my Family planned on.) Called them the next morning because, the air handler was throwing a code. Do you know what they did? Yep, Sent Someone Right Over Fixed The Problem @ no Charge. (I have a feeling We caused the code by having about all the registers blocked from summer.) Thank you again, Man of a Happy Wife
On Thursday night our furnace stopped producing heat. We called True Temp on Friday morning around 9:00am and they had a technician out by 1:00pm. He was friendly, got the job done quickly, and spent extra time making sure there were no other issues. I was given a direct number to call if there were any other issues with our furnace. Price was reasonable.
