Worst decision I made was to call them for help and order from them. Do not use them for anything!
This company is trash, boom filed a report with the fcc and attorney General. I'll be calling osha next.
Caution Buyer Beware! Make sure to measure twice before ordering from this business. I ordered the wrong measurements and called to see about an exchange. The representative said "no exchanges or refunds since the part was sent correctly". CAUTION BUYER BEWARE! This is not a good policy to have if you want repeat business or referrals. CAUTION BUYER BEWARE!.
Great prices
Sells surplus, yes. Also sells garbage that doesn’t work. I understand you might have an “all sales final” disclaimer (which should have been a red flag for me) but wasted $200 on a part I trusted to work, didn’t work, tested with the multimeter and it was just as broke as the one I was replacing. Don’t waste $200 like I did and just replace that out of date air handler. Now I have one expensive door stop/paper weight. On a good note, their customer service is pretty good. Which it should be if they make a mean profit off of trash they could have tested themselves with a simple tool. Thanks anyways lol
I called and spoke with Anita she was patient and helping me with the parts I needed she told me what store I could find them at we drove to the Whitestown location and we received excellent customer service the lady behind the desk knew her stuff I didn't catch her name but she said she'd been working there 16 years she was so patient with us and very knowledgeable you just don't get customer service like this anymore thank you I'm a happy customer and now a fan of surplus city! 5 stars!!!

This business sold me an inside and outside unit that the salesperson claimed were compatible and simply lied about it. I now have an inside unit that is basically useless and when I called the company the exact words from the salesman were “I don’t know what to tell you.” Lesson learned. Thanks a lot Skip!!!!

Excellent experience with Surplus City. I recently purchased a new American Standard (Trane) gas furnace from their stock. Their follow up was very good prior to the purchase, and immediately again when they inspected my merchandise and had found a small dent in the exterior cabinet. They contacted me promptly to advise and offered to cancel the order if I didn’t want the equipment. I agreed to complete the purchase, and a discount was cheerfully applied because of the cosmetic issue, which was on the back so not visible anyway. I will be making as many future purchases as possible from this company. BTW when you call on the phone, a real live human answers the phone, and they are friendly and efficient. KF
I required a control valve for my older furnace and was able to order it here. Inspite of Christmas's large delivery demand it arrived here in Canada on time. Happy for the great service.

I shop at Surplus City since I have a small Heating and Air outfit called Ace air purification and I am based out of Lebanon we do mainly installations of HVAC equipment and get a lot of our equipment through Surplus City Liquidators they sell high quality very decent equipment I would recommend them to anyone to come in and take a look to see what they have they have many different and unique items sometimes are hard to find and you find them there definitely a good place to shop for your HVAC products
Sad they dont have the little food corner anymore but it makes sense.....
I ordered Delta faucets handles for my Roman bathtub and the everything was excellent
Item was very well packaged inside and had heavy duty protection on all exterior corners. Will purchase from them again.
