The Legacy team has been our HVAC firm at our house since we bought it over 15 years ago. Always reasonable, professional and respectful of our home and time, we would highly recommend them to anyone else for HVAC service.
The technician was probably the most thorough tech we have had with Legacy. It took him longer then most techs, but it was well worth the extra time. I hope we get him again.
Brant was very nice as always and very professional. He always takes care of us at my request . Always communicates what he is doing inside and outside. You have a very valued,honest and caring employee!!!
Chanc Ravish was great will update with installation Installation team great everything done Thursday and power outage Saturday due to a down line Standby generator came on little $ but didn't have to wait 22 weeks just 3 you get what you pay for highly recommend service tech came out and did maintenance never got paperwork about the visit - one star just had first maintenance 5 star great job Rusty 👍
I tried to call the HVAC repair company that was recommended to us but they never answered the phone (it’s been over a week since I left them a voicemail and they still haven’t called me back). This was the second company I called. Not only did they answer the phone but they came out and fixed the problem the same day. They aren’t cheap, but no HVAC repair is, and they at least answer the phone.
Called me to let me know they were on the way. Arrived when they said they would. Very professional.
Service tech Nathan came out same day I called! I had a leak in my air conditioning unit. He found the leak within 5 minutes. Even took a video of the leak. Gave me so much information in my system, what he was doing as he was going to do before doing it. Quotes ALWAYS before starting a task so you know what you're getting into and it isn't a big surprise at the end. Very respectful and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend!!
Jon and Legacy do a great job of keeping you in a maintenance schedule and are always professional, kind and thorough. Very happy with the service we have received.

Legacy services my hvac system twice a year. The technicians are very knowledgeable, thorough and patient in answering all my questions. I recommend their service.
Very professional customer service, and very responsive to my needs. They were installing services within less than one week of me contacting them. Also very open and transparent with information regarding pricing and warranty information.
The customer service is amazing from the beginning when Gloria answered the phone to Marcia who is amazing. Very informative and the nicest person to talk to. And then on the Nathan who came out the very next day and this wasn’t an emergency appointment just a new customer with the maintenance program. To Ben who came out that same afternoon to discuss a possible heater in our garage. I learned more in regard to our system heating and cooling in a day and a half than the time I’ve lived her for a year plus. Absolutely couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend if you are in need of service or just want a honest caring company to have a maintenance program with they will not disappoint.

He called ahead and stopped earlier than scheduled. After troubleshooting sent a quote for repair plus sending someone over to quote a new unit.

Service technician was very knowledgeable and very professional. Did a great job servicing our leak in one of our boiler radiators. Even put a fan on to dry the carpet. Justin called me told me what he had to do. Then fixed the problem. Thanks again
Legacy heating and cooling gave me a window from 3:00 p.m. to 5. :00 p.m. on the day of service. The service person did not arrive at my home until 7:30 p.m. that evening. When I spoke someone in the office around 2:20 p.m. that same day they explained to me that the service person was on his way to my home from Elkhart. The guy didn't show up until 7: 30pm. He said his truck had been in the shop all day and he just back. The next day called and made a complaint to the office manager about how disappointed I was with Legacy service. I requested the refund for the service call and she made up all sorts of excuses for the poor service. The office manager explained to me that the only time is guaranteed is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. That didn't make any sense! This place is not reliable and I would not recommend them to anyone else.
