Adam represents BW/Cook in a very professional manner. He was very thorough and polite during his explanation and repair. He is definitely a valuable asset to them. I would not hesitate to call on BW/Cook (with special request for Adam) for all of my future needs.

So far I’ve had them install a new hot water heater, new furnace and central air, today Michael Tharp came out and cleaned out all of our ductwork and did an awesome job. He was very professional and thorough and he was a great guy. Will be getting a water softener from them in the very near future and I’m sure that it will be top quality and professionally installed and serviced just like everything that they have done at my home. I’ve tried other companies before to try and save a buck but that turned out to be a mistake that ended up costing me more in the long run. B/w Cook will be the only company I deal with from now on. They have never disappointed me yet.
Billy and jr were amazing! they came in and looked at all my appliances and told me things about my appliances I didn’t know. Fixed my air conditioner .Very kind! Very informative! Helped me get the correct bundle for my house situation. Thank you so much for being amazing.
I have been subscribed to their $15 a month plan for half a year now and i plan to be for awhile! Every tech that has came out has been knowledgeable and very professional.
My technician Adam Palmer was fantastic! He was timely, professional, and he really went the extra mile to ensure that my HVAC was taken care of.
Michael T. was professional and especially diligent in servicing our furnace and air conditioning unit. He did not let the rain deter him from completing the outside work. We really appreciated his commitment to his work.
JR, service tech and Bill, salesman were just what I expected from BW. Professional, knowledgeable, and concerned about my needs and questions. I wasn't bullied into anything I did not need or expense I could not afford. Straight to the point. No BS. Got what I needed and the price I could afford without the hassle. Had a full system installed back in 2022. Michael T was here today to do the vent cleaning that was part of the original price of the install. He was very informative and did the job very quickly. Much appreciated

Greg Kizer and Dan W were here to do my summer service for my air conditioner recently. They were every thorough and took their time explaining everything to me regarding the wear and tear on my unit. We even spent some time discussing water heaters versus tankless. I greatly appreciate how much time they took with me. I'm very reassured that my unit was in good condition. Thanks for the great job guys!
I had my annual service on the ac done today. The service was performed by Scott. I received a call from him, letting me know he was on his way, with an expected arrival time. After servicing the air, Scott gave me a report on its condition. I am very pleased with the service today, and will be requesting Scott when it's time for the furnace checkup.

My service tech, Logan took the time to totally explain my water softener system and answer all my questions in regards to the high Volume of salt I was going through! He is very knowledgeable and great at communicating with the customer. I will request him on any plumbing needs going forward.

Philip S did a great job when he came out last week, I called all the 24 hour plumbers a no one could get me in for at least a week but BW Cook had an opening the next day!! Will definitely be using them for all my plumbing services!

Tyler McDaniel, Residential Sales Consultant, is very professional, patient, has a great attitude, pleasant to work with & knows his stuff. He took his time to make sure all my questions were answered & that I was pleased with everything & understand. I could go on & on but he’s on the top of my list & would recommend him highly.
