Mike McVay was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He got our AC working when it went out mid day on a SUNDAY! Williams Air was great from the first call to completion. Great Job! Would highly recommend!
Chandler was great, very knowledgeable, and helpful in finding out what was going on, our furnace was intermittently kicking on even when the thermostat was set to cool.

We had a service done on our AC by a Williams Comfort Air technician on Tuesday June 20th. He stated that he completed full diagnostic work and reported that the problem was the compressor in the outside unit. He proceeded by replacing the compressor, evacuating the refrigerant line, and replacing our refrigerant. He then attempted to run the outside unit; however, there was still an unresolved issue. Therefore, he investigated the indoor unit and discovered that there was a clog in the refrigerant coils and reported that this was the root of the problem and would be an additional $2,800 (totaling $7000+) to repair. It was at this point that the technician strongly recommended that we get a sales person out to quote a new AC system prior to continuing with this additional repair. Per his supervisor, we were informed that the full payment for the service, approximately $5,100, was needed prior to concluding his visit - despite the repair being unsuccessful and our home having no AC. We then scheduled an appointment with sales to come and quote a new system. A sales representative came to our home the next day, June 21st. When he was informed that the technician had not stopped service after his initial diagnosis of replacing the compressor and did not strongly recommend that we contact sales prior to continuing with the repair, the sales rep was taken aback. Based on representative's experience and knowledge, he informed us that the compressor should not have been replaced without hearing options from sales on a new system. If we would have had information from sales at that point, we would have been able to make a more educated financial decision and would not have proceeded with replacing the compressor. When discussing options moving forward with the sales representative, he offered a discount of $2,600 (approximately 50% of what we have already invested on the current unusable unit due to incomplete and inaccurate diagnostic work) if we chose to purchase a ne

Have used this company many times over the years. I trust their Service model and this has not changed. Service Tech was efficient and engaging in responding to my additional questions. Only 1 person cleaned the whole furnace plus checked and cleaned air cond. Water Pipes inside the furance for mold and made sure they were not pluged up plus took off all front coverings and checked everything. Checked air cond. For leaks .
This is our first year with Williams Comfort Air and we have been extremely happy with the work from their technicians. Our neighbor has a cotton wood tree 20ft from our ac unit and the entire system becomes coated in cotton spores. Conner took his time to completely clean our ac unit and restore it back to looking good as new. He even showed me tips for maintaining my HVAC system in between visits to prevent issues. Great people and great service!
The sales department and the installer were great. The installers arrived on time, explained all I needed and cleaned up. My problem is that there was no follow up with my purchase. I have had 3 service calls to the house with in a 45 days of the installation. Still no follow up calls to make sure everything is okay. In trying to get someone out was the biggest problem of all. They set up appointments, tell me that they will call 30 minutes before arrival but no phone calls and no one showed up during my 2 hour window. 2 hrs later (4 hours total waiting) I get a call saying that they had a service meeting and that all appointments were going to be late. Someone could have called. Next I referred my father to Williams and he had a new heating and air conditioning unit installed but no referral check has been set to me. The unit is working BUT the service and promises have me wondering. 11/15/18 Update... I finally got a call from Williams Comfort Air. They stated that a referral check is going to be mailed to me (that was 2 weeks ago.) Still no check. AGAIN the promise of Williams Air service is NOT there as promised. I was asked to set a service appointment for my furnace which I agreed to but they said it would be in late January? I explained that I would just use the company that I have always used, and they were able to change the date to the Friday after Thanksgiving.. I will be surprised if they show up. 6/19/2023 Several items to talk about. I called 3 weeks ago to have Williams do a check up on my air conditioner . Being they installed it, I thought they could do a normal check up. WRONG... I was told that I would have to wait unit the first week of August. I had One hour service at the house the next day. SECOND: Williams has installed units in 3 of my family's homes. I suggested to my son to call and get a estimate for a new unit. The sales rep showed up, looked everything over, and told my son that he would be back
Williams Comfort air has worked with us for many years on several projects. We have been highly satisfied with their work and cost.
I'd previously heard good things, but was disappointed with being "strong-armed" into accepting a higher bill than quoted. I don't mind paying for repair work, but it's best for a company long-term to let the customer know the work will be 3X what they were quoted rather than showing the bill and saying they can put things back the way they were (creating an unprofessional confrontation). The tech's trainer was in his ear most of the time as well, so at least 2 people at Williams endorsed this behavior. Luckily, I have the choice to go elsewhere when I get my unit(s) replaced so I can avoid supporting these kinds of practices.
A really good experience from the original estimate to the finished work. Everyone every step of the way was capable, professional, helpful, and responsive. I could not have imagined the work, installation of central air conditioning, could have been completed so fast yet done so well.
Sewer backed up into the house and needed repaired ASAP. After finding out the clean out pipe was disconnected from the main line, an excavation was needed to repair damaged pipes. Already a stressful situation, this could have been alot worse if not immediately fixed. A few days later, Darvelle White and Sean Tyler showed up early and fixed the issue! They we’re very professional, friendly and careful not to damage my yard and surrounding landscape. I appreciate them repairing the pipes so quickly and with no damage to my yard. After they finished, Brennan Fry and Scott Steepleton came back to clean the pipes and check the lines with a camera since they couldn’t do it before. These 4 gentlemen took all the stress out of this situation and got my plumbing fixed very quickly. I can’t recommend this company and crew enough.

Tanner and Caleb were very friendly and kept me up to date on the progress of the service call. We use WCA for our business with 7 HVAC units and are have switched to WCA for our home because of the quality of service.

The house lateral was found full of roots and broken in places. This Company was responsive and replaced our Sewer the next day, the repair crew was professional and left the job cleaned up and ready for use.
