I opened a claim with my Home Warranty company early Monday & Paul was my assigned service contractor. He contacted me the same day & came out the very next day. He was extremely prompt in keeping me informed of his estimated arrival time and knowledgeable about the extent of the repair that I needed once he was on site. Even though he was unable to resolve my issue due to the size of the repair, he was professional and very informative about what the next steps were and what actions he would be taking. He is kind man and it was a pleasure meeting him.
Paul helped us out with a drywall hole in our garage. He was professional, responsive and showed up on time and completed the job quickly and accurately. Thanks Paul!
Two breakers had burned out, causing two ceiling lights and three wall outlets to become unusable. My wife and I were out of town, and Paul was fantastic to work with. He communicated when he was on his way to the property, when he arrived - which was on time - gave us options for the replacement parts, Facetimed us so we could see in real time what the status and results were, and allowed us to pay via Apple Cash. We were very impressed with his service, but even moreso with his customer service. Always giving us status updates and going above and beyond. His level of service should be the goal for everyone else. In the future, we will be needing some additional handyman-type work done, and there's no doubt we'll use Pabak Contractors again. Definitely a good experience and highly recommended.
Paul was very responsive, professional, and fair pricing. When the job required him to buy additional materials, he communicated with me to get my authorization before proceeding. I will definitely hire him again.
Someone recommended them to us and I called Paul to help fix our home heater in the middle of winter. The guys showed up in less than an hour and got our heater back running. On a different occasion, we called them to help unclog our kitchen plumbing system and replace a soiled pipe for the WC. Their service is beyond satisfactory and we’ll always use them again. Oh my wife had them remodel her home office recently and the cost is significantly friendlier than what others had quoted. Will definitely recommend them anytime!!!
Paul and David of PABAK CONTRACTORS are the BEST! They arrived on the dot at the time scheduled. They worked on assembling a large 3 piece TV stand with Electric Fireplace insert. They handled the moving of my 65 inch OLED TV from the older stand with utmost care on account of the delicate screen panel and reinstalled it onto the new stand. They did a great job cutting out small round holes for my electrical cords and wires which were missing from the set. They worked as one, demonstrating fantastic teamwork. They treated me and my home with the utmost of care and respect. They also allowed me the satisfaction of testing out everything to ensure TV, Alexa, Internet and Fireplace worked as expected. All this was topped off by prices that were extremely competive, very fair and the best price compared to other quotes that I received. I did not let them leave until I discussed some other potential jobs for them in and around my home. I really respect and appreciate these gentlemen and consider them a rarity in providing excellent service in a world now saturated with mediocrity. Thank you Paul and David and keep up the good work. Pabak Contractors is my go to for all things home projects! Paul is responsive, professional, and does excellent work. He removed several items from my walls, ceiling fans, and installed flush mount ceiling lights. Very impressed with his quality of work and communication. I got to know this man through a neighbor work he did. So I decided to try him . He is committed to his time and does a good . We needed extra outlets at our garage and we also had bup in the garage which needs to be fixed. He did well . I recommend him
