I'm so impressed with Appel. I called this morning with an ac issue and it's already been fixed (it's not even noon). My service technician Dan was polite, professional, and fully explained the issue that needed repaired. Pricing was fair and quality was good. I'll definitely use Appel again.
I have a maintenance contract with Appel Heating and Cooling and today Jeffery was the service specialist. He was a very nice person to work with and was very knowledgeable in his work. I was very satisfied with his work. I’ve been using Apple for many, many years and have always been satisfied. I trust this company completely and would not use anyone else. I can not rave enough about this company! We used them for a new install in a newly purchased home. Not only was their estimate competitive, they were flexible and accommodating in meeting our desired timeframes. Scott Appel was super responsive to our questions and went above and beyond on some of the requests we had. We have completed many home renovation and improvements and working with Appel was by far the best experience I have had when working with a contractor. I obtained five different presentations / estimates for a new furnace / AC install from area companies. Scott Appel, the owner for Appel Heating and AC, personally gave the product presentation. He was professional and thorough and did not pressure me to buy. He answered all my questions and provided a competitive estimate and after comparing that to others I agreed to purchase from his company. His team arrived on time, worked diligently and professionally to complete the job, answered my questions as they worked, and cleaned up afterward. I was very impressed by the service provided me by Appel Heating and Air Conditioning and I highly recommend them to anyone searching for a new furnace / AC or for service to an existing system.

We just moved into the house a couple weeks ago. On a Monday morning there was no heat. Appel had a phone number attached so we called. Within an hour Seth showed up. He was very thorough and walked us through the process of what he was doing and why. It was quite the warranted education and much appreciated. After an hour we were up and running. We liked the experience so much we chose to sign up for a maintenance program. It was a win all around. Highly recommended.

I had been using a corporate owned HVAC company and their rates had gone through the roof. Appel's rates are much more reasonable and I like that I'm supporting a small business. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and timely. I'm completely satisfied.
Rick was very accommodating answered my questions and coffered suggestions. he closed vent in closet that had been making the closet unnecessarily warm & probablyl taking heat from rest of thevarea.
