Edit: I have since replaced my original HVAC system (furnace and A/C) with Sierra Heating & Cooling and unfortunately had a hardware issue that caused me to lose all the refrigerant from the system. The hardware failure was covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and Scott covered the refrigerant and labor of his own accord. I have been super happy with the new system and all of the techs and staff I’ve dealt with have been very helpful. I’ve used this company for 16 years and I see no reason to not go at least 16 more. Original: Great company. Very helpful. Scott has given me troubleshooting advice over the phone on multiple occasions that solved the issue and saved me from paying for a visit. When someone has had to come out they showed up when promised and fixed the issues quickly. They installed my system when the house was new and have been my go-to company for 12 years.
Called at 8 when they opened, they were able to send a tech out right away. Cole was polite extremely through and was able to fix my problem. Couldn’t be happier, thanks Cole and the entire team at Sierra Heating and Cooling.
Stephen got here immediately and got my furnace up and running. Sierra does great work!
