We purchased a NEST for our part-time home. Of course we had difficulty in setting up which included calls to customer support. It was determined to obtain professional help. Called the recommended pros from the NEST site which included Brian's Mechanical. Sooo happy we did. Over the phone Brian assessed the problem and gave suggestions. It worked great and our NEST is up and running. Thank- you Brian- will recommend you highly to all.
I called Brian for a professional install of the Nest Thermostat. I was having trouble installing the Nest on my (antique) HVAC system, and I gave him a call. He was able to get to my home and provide service right away. It happened that I had some wiring issues with my HVAC system, and he troubleshot it and got it online within more than a reasonable time frame. He was personable, professional, fair, and flexible for my schedule. I will definitely use Brian in the future for all my HVAC needs, and I will recommend him to others!
