Called them yesterday and spoke with Taylor about scheduling a service. The technician called today and was here in around 30mins. 30 minutes later, he was gone and my furnace was working. He knew his trade. These guys are dependable. That in itself is worth a lot to me.
The night before Thanksgiving, my furnace quit working. I had all sorts of people coming to my house for the holiday and I didn't know what to do. I called Manufactured Housing at 8:00 in the morning and they sent someone over to my house within 30 minutes to save the day. I expectations were greatly exceeded!
I want to thank Eric an his tech for such a pleasant experience. Your service is top notch I will be directing anyone who needs a HVAC work done your way. The tech was pleasant, polite, knowledgeable, addressed our issue and had it resolved in a timely manner Also arrived 1 hour before the time he had promised not to mention it was an after hours weekend call. Thanks again for your service .
