All around bunch of fake people all customers are fabulous ask why the turn over is so bad for one the bosses talk about other employees behind their back to other employees trying to find a way to get rid of them and asked how you feel about them fire people to hire friends they make you think they are good with you and turn on you fast idk if this is how all lee supplies are or just the Bloomington store also talks to other employees about private stuff they shouldn’t know about

Best experience, by far, for purchasing items for bathroom remediation/remodel. Justin Corey went out of his way to help me find, procure, orchestrate delivery and then return and help find another-better option for a bath/shower panel system. And then another tub replacement. He was able to work in my time frame and secure all the pieces I needed. Secured my vanity and mirror combo. Then went above and beyond when I had overlooked a needed item and was able to get it for me—same day!!! It was an amazing experience working with Lee Supply in Bloomington and I will but from them again and again, as needed!
Lindsay and Traci Helped me find a replacement part for one that I had bought there years ago. They both spent time with me looking for the part and were awesome to work with. They found the part for me and it is now ordered!
Friday Aug.13, 10:46, no one came out of their office to help, we only heard a hello from a distance. I expected better customer service.
Remodeling our bathroom so we stopped in today. We were in there for about 15 or 20 minutes. Two people were at their desks and we walked around looking and talking about the displays but not on person acknowledged that we were there. We finally just left. Needles to say we won't be returning.
Bought my washer and dryer here. Amazing family owned business with an immaculate showroom. The parts counter staff is friendly and full of knowledge as well.
Customer Service sucks here and in Indy.
My refrigerator broke after 20 years, after being disappointed by the big box stores I went to Lee's. Lindsay went well out of her way to help us because refrigerators are on back order, she found one, it was delivered and installed within 3 business days. The guys that brought it were great, helpful and friendly. I will definitely recommend them , thanks again.
In this time of Covid pandemic our essential refrigerator decided to quit. We contacted Lee Supply on Tuesday afternoon. Lindsay worked with us to identify just the model we needed. She worked with the delivery crew who were fully booked and scheduled our delivery for the next day. The manager Stephen personally delivered our new model the first thing Wednesday morning so that we would not lose any food items. We are delighted with the spacious refrigerator and especially with the customer service. Everyone I spoke with was kind and efficient.
Best of the best. Our kitchen extension hose was broken and we were looking for a replacement hose. Went to Menards, Lowe’s and several local plumbing stores with no luck. One store recommended Lees and we finally came here. We just bought the house with no knowledge of which brand of the faucet we are using. They helped us finding the brand (with their knowledge of all popular brands! OMG) and we finally figured out and bought the replacement. Amazing service, super patient and helpful staff, fast shipment. Some tips for finding the right part: It is highly possible that all your faucets come from the same brand. So if you can’t find the brand, check your other faucets’ brand. And to find the right part, try to check if any part contains a serial number. For my case, we found a little number on the hose clip, which helped us finally find the right hose.
The people at Lee Supply are knowledgeable, courteous, and have always given me all the time needed to address my concern.
We have been working with Tracy to design our kitchen and master bathroom and we highly recommend her! She is extremely knowledgeable on current trends and designs.
Tracy was very helpful and professional. We needed glass doors for our newly installed shower. She recommended someone to install them and we where very satisfied with her recommendation.
Product was several weeks later than promised. Toilet lids were wrong and they were suppose to call when product came in it did not. Likely will not go back.
