Have used this company for air condition heating these for over 20 years. Last year our air conditioner went out during the hottest period of the summer. We had to have the air-conditioning (and furnace) replaced. Their personable crew stayed past usual working hours to make certain we had air conditioning which we so appreciated. Besides being professional and attentive, they are very honest. We will remain faithful customers.
Claudia at reception/scheduling did a fantastic job coordinating the inspection I needed and the follow up invoicing. pleasant, efficient and easy to work with. Technician showed up as promised, when promised, and did a great job. Best service experience I've had in a long time. fair price, nothing but a great experience from beginning to end. nice to work with a live person, and not a voice mail system playing phone tag for days.

Our geothermal system was not cooling as well as it used to be. Brandon come out and did a quick analysis of the system, and found it to be low on refrigerant and low loop pressure. All of those issues were quickly fixed. Brandon was ontime, and professional.
We were smelling gas near our furnace and they came out right away (within a few hours) to check it out and do a repair.
Very quick response and price was about 10% less than other quote from my regular HVAC supplier.

Professional installation of Heat Pump and AC unit. On time, professional and polite. Made repairs and installed Heat pump and AC unit. Protected my new floor with pads and removed old units and cleaned everything. Also beat the competition in price and quality of units. I would recommend Quality Heating and Air!
