Arrive in my house almost 40 minutes later without notice. 2 people took 2.5 hours to change 2 faucets (I provided the faucets) and change the fill valve and flapper to 3 toilets. (I had already provided 2 of the fill valves and they charged me an extra $70 material for the 3rd fill valve, and they didn’t change the flapper). In addition to the $70 “material” the charged me $400 for service and a $75 service fee. In the end, we ended up paying $549.90 for them to change 2 faucets and replace fill valves in the toilet. Because they were so late for the appointment, I had to leave and left them there finishing the service. When I was back home, I called the office to get an explanation on the fees, and I asked to have the owner of the company to call me. They didn’t reached back to me and sent me a letter afterwards menacing that they were going to file for mechanic lien against me. I definitely don’t recommend Aim to Please. They are rude and not professional at all. If you are looking for good and honest plumbers call Riverway Plumbing
Aim to Please are highly professional, punctual and affordable.
Aim to Please is the only plumbing service I use as I have never been disappointed with the service they provide. Just today, they fixed a very stubborn drain problem and my sincere thanks to Malachi, Jalan and Matthias for a job well done! Also thanks to Alan for his recommendation on a much simpler approach to get this issue fixed. Aim to Please knows their business and they get the job done at a very reasonable price. Thank again guys!
With an unknown outage, I called Miranda who was incredibly helpful scheduling a visit! In less than one week, Alan and Matthias came out and were professional and expedient! I recommend this team to anyone!
Called a couple times and ended up fixing myself. If I need them they will get a call back. Neighbor used. Very professional and polite on the phone.
At the time they only support owner occupied homes, so call elsewhere if it's a rental.
Great service and value!! I called 4 of the top plumbing services in the area, and none were available after a major winter storm. Aim to please was on site and fixed all my issues and more in less than 5 hours. They are excellent service, and great people, and I am happy to work with them. Must call them if you need help!!
I have used Aim to Please exclusively for a myriad of repair and installations (today was outdoor lighting fixture), and they have always risen to the challenge, done the job, and impressed me each and every time. I will be hard-pressed to even consider a competitor as long as I live in Bloomington, and A To P is in business -- which I hope will be forever. I like the techs. They're fun, funny, on time, and professional. What more can a person ask for?
I have used Aim To Please for big projects - full bath remodel and then today for a small project - a dripping toilet. My experience was the same - professional, efficient and quality work. Today I met Dakota. It was actually this first day! He is already doing a great job. He will become a great employee working beside Allen. Aim To Please will always be my plumber and electrician of choice!
Had Aim to Please out to fix a leaking tub/shower faucet. Notwithstanding that I had messed things up a little by trying to do the repair myself before getting in over my head, they did a fantastic job. Showed up right on time, friendly, and even did a few extras for free because they "wanted to." Could not recommend more highly.
I’d like to say Matthias did a great job with installing an outlet for my sump pump. He arrived when they said they would and got right to work. Very efficient. Very customer service oriented.
I had a TERRIBLE experience with this company. It makes me question their personal integrity and professionalism. We called them into our house to inspect our leaky sink in July 2021. The plumber they sent out looked at it for about a minute, then said that problem had to involve a replacement of the sink. Moreover, replacing the sink was impossible without replacing the cabinets as well. That sent me on a multi-month journey to figure out how to replace our leaky sink and cabinets. Fast forward to last week, when I had another plumber come out for an unrelated issue. We mentioned our kitchen sink. The plumber looked at it, and gave us a quote to replace the sink and pipes underneath. We asked whether the leak could be fixed without replacing the cabinets, and he said of course it could. We replaced our sink without replacing our cabinets, and the problem was solved! In summary, we paid them a fee to visit our house, but received bad and possibly fraudulent advice.
These folks are skilled, friendly and on time.. always! Highly recommend!
Alan and Matthias were early, didn't judge me for my incorrect choice in lighting (they had the correct lighting for what I wanted) and helped me with a plumbing issue I didn't have scheduled. They were funny and engaging. I will be using them again. 5/5 for the service and 10/5 if they wear the Mario Bros costumes in the future.
Josh and crew are great! So happy to have these guys recommended to us for our kitchen woes. Can’t wait to have them back to finish up the rest of our plumbing work!
Aim to Please installed new pendant lights in my kitchen and new track lights for my art gallery. They were on time and highly professional. From now on, I will call Aim to Please for all my electrical needs!
Aim to please is our go to when we need work done on our house. We've had them do big projects (redoing old corroded plumbing) and small (removing an old sink) and they've always been kind, fast, and willing to explain everything to us. Their quotes are fair and they are always willing to work with you. Having worked with other plumbers in the area, I stick with them because of they consistently do the best work. Highly recommend to anyone.
Malachi and his helper were kind, courteous, punctual (even called to ask if it was okay to arrive early - yes, please!) and completed the installation of our new blue tooth speaker/LED light bathroom fan in a timely fashion. They were also able to tackle another plumbing repair while they were at our home, which we greatly appreciated. Plumbing/electric bills always feel a little painful, but it is less so when you know the quality of the work is top notch and the service is so friendly. Would highly recommend!
We've used Aim to Please for various jobs in the past at our old house, and have always been satisfied. So when we had an issue at our new location, these were the first people we called. We experienced pooling water and bad water hammer on our downstairs utility sink, and were told the faucet most likely needed replaced. We purchased a new set just in case that was the issue. Josh came right at the requested time and ran several tests to try and replicate the leak and noises and determined that it in fact as the faucet itself. While replacing the fixtures, he also replaced some of the gaskets that had gotten old and tightened up the drain piping to help flow. He also instructed us on how to properly level the utility sink should we need to do that in the future. All in all, the replacement was quick, easy, and affordable, much like our previous jobs. I won't go anywhere else for plumbing issues.
The BEST plumbing and electric company in Bloomington. Highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs!
