I contacted Reliance Heating & Cooling on a Monday evening regarding maintenance on my unit and scheduled my appointment the next day. The technician arrived on time and did a thorough inspection. He recommended a repair that I will need in the future, so that I would not be surprised. I was so impressed with his customer service that I set up a maintenance plan with him. I highly recommend his service. I will definitely be a returning customer.
