They returned phone call in a timely and professional manner. Arrived in allotted window with a phone call that they were on the way. Diagnosis and fixed the problem. Thank you for the great service. I will definitely recommend this company.
If you have a carrier look elsewhere. We just moved in so I made an error in thinking we had Rheem's. That is on me for context. He inspected one didn't want to look at the other. He only charged me for one but now I have to have someone else come out and look at both because I am not sure he really did much with the one he inspected. Also I tried to set up an appointment like 2 weeks ago and all the office manager did was take my number and said they will call me in a few weeks as they are busy with installs. Not the best way to operate. 2 stars for being on time and being honest they weren't comfortable servicing carriers. I guess there are doing something right per the reviews but I didn't see it.
It’s so nice to have a company you can rely on. We’ve been customers of Art’s for the past 15 years, ever since he came out on a Superbowl Sunday night to repair our furnace. We’ve since used his company for regular service calls, a new A/C and recently a new furnace. Nothing but great service, fair prices and honest communication from these guys!
Art installed a new furnace and AC coil for me. He recommended just what my system needed and nothing else. No trying to upsell me. I feel very confident in the system and in the service I would receive should I need it.
I felt I was in very good hands with this contractor. Price was competitive and the owner Art was professional and highly experienced in the HVAC field.

Awesome Art is wonderful & was able to install a new AC unit after the one he put in 20yrs ago finely gave up I am a person that goes from heater to AC & love everything he does for me!
I've been using A climate services for years. I find them to be honest, reliable, knowledgeable and low pressure. They never over sell but will be honest with you as to what should be replaced to improve your heating/air. I recently had my furnace replaced. What a hassle-free, clean, neat process. They also made sure to explain the new unit and how to make it work efficiently. I will never go to another service provider.

I think they are the best in the area. I looked at probably 15-20 places and read many reviews. Then I called and spoke with about 6 services and ultimately had a few come to the house. Art sold me. He seemed very honest and authentic. His suggestions always had good reasoning in my opinion and no big push for the up-sell. I ride my bike past the business storefront often. They’ve been in business as long as I can remember. Always seem busy. Local, not too big, quality, people. I bought an AC and Furnace unit and it’s been great. For example, another service highly recommended using external air, and that would cost me a chunk more. Art explained why it’s not needed and in fact, may cause rust problems (incoming humid air). His explanations made sense to me. It’s a comfort knowing they are right there on Batavia Rd to fix something in case something does go awry. So far, only annual checkups, which are reasonably priced. I’d recommend to anyone, including my boss.
Art Jones was informative and very helpful. He got us the right AC unit at a reasonable price. It was installed the day after I ordered it. They even took care of registering it, and mailed me the Extended Warranty Certificate for my file, along with a letter with helpful tips to keep it running efficiently. I highly recommend this compay.
Art and/or his team arrived on time and performed the task professionally with NO surprises. The number quoted on the initial consultation did not change due to "unforeseen" circumstances. The technician/engineers were fast, clean and had no problems answering questions along the way. I would have no issues in recommending A Climate Services & Systems Inc. to anyone in need ... tell 'em "Dave" send ya' ;)
The estimate for the labor was similar (although a little less) to other companies, but giving a discount for a service call from another company and a discount for a high quality AC unit made this an easy choice to go with this company. Service was on time and very easy to work with during the entire installation process. A Climate Services was responsive to all my questions, easy to work with, great prices, and we had an overall great experience.
We knew we wanted American Standard when we were replacing our furnace and air conditioner. We met with two companies before A Climate, and their sales people tried to sell us up and add things we didn't need. Art sold us exactly what we needed, at the best price.

A Climate Services & Systems replaced my 28 year old furnace, humidifier, and thermostat last month and I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. Art Jones (business owner) knew exactly what was wrong in our house with always being so dry, despite using two humidifiers, and now my house is very comfortable to live in. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the installing technician before the job was started to ensure no mess was made on my carpet, stairs, or wall in my newly refinished basement. The job was completed in six hours and one would never know by the professional install that an old worn out rusty old furnace was ever replaced. Now I sleep much better at night knowing I will have a high efficient, 10 year warranty furnace that is saving me money every month. Thank You "A Climate Services" for a job well done.

When our old a/c unit started barely working, Art came out within a day or two. He suggested replacing the old a/c unit with a new, more efficient unit. Within another day of two, our new a/c unit was installed. The new unit works MUCH better than the old one. While the old a/c used to run continuously when the temp got over 85, the new one runs for about 20 minutes and quits for about 30-40 minutes. We are very happy with the new a/c unit.
