My AC was down during this very hot weather. I was pleasantly surprised to find A.R.S. HVAC locally to purchase parts I needed, in stock, and at a reasonable price. I was relieved not to have to go on line to purchase a part, and wait for a delivery, hoping it would be the right part. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. As well, they will provide guidance to assist in resolving your issue. I purchased a fan motor which was far superior to the original one in my AC. I had my unit up and running in one day! A.R.S. HVAC is a breath of fresh air in the current business climate of today.

The condenser fan motor went out on my sister a/c unit. I was a hesitant to reach out to this place bc there is a stigma that the customer service on some of these places tend to be a holes from previous experiences . Especially if your not a professional and don’t know your stuff.I decided to finally use this place especially being open on a Sunday morning which is the only time I’m able to get to go there in the week. I got there and there was a gentleman already assisting someone on the phone. Was very polite and helpful towards that customer so I felt at ease knowing that I can tell by the way that he was helping that one customer solve his issue finding a part. He got off the phone from helping him and quickly turn his attention towards helping me I told him that I had an older condenser fan motor that went out and show him the picture I had on my phone he tried cross referencing the most he could and I even went out of his way to get the boss on the phone to help out with finding the rite fan motor. It speaks in volume when the boss gets on the phone to help out solving the problem. They both were a great help today. I was able to get the right motor to get the ac unit running in this time of heat wave. Otherwise I would’ve not been able to successfully replace this on my own but thanks to this company we’d were able to do soo. I will continue to use them for any thing that comes up in the future and highly recommend this company to a professional or just a DIYer bc they respect their customers like they should . To the guy that help me out that day I wish I would’ve gotten his name bc he was a real stand up guy and will be like for anyone to know that he will help you out to the best of his ability and thank God they’re open on Sundays.

Very sad to see this store overcharging as much as double for the DIY'er. I called twice to confirm the price and when I got there I was charged more than what I was told. Very cheap people to deal with, not professional at all when it comes down to helping customers, asked the guy on the counter a few common and related questions and it felt like I had asked for his kidney. I would highly recommend to go somewhere else or order from Amazon instead, I would've saved a lot. BTW, no return or exchange either so if its not the right part you'll be left dead in the water. Also, handed me this part saying its OEM when it was not! Edit: now that I remember name of the guy on the counter was Gabe.

I bought an furnace igniter replacement on March 4, 2023 and it burned out on April 22. I went back to the store for a replacement because the placement was apparently defective. The owner refused to replace it for free. The reason he gave me was there was no warranty and it could be my furnace problem. I had my furnace checked by Air Blue Heating and Cooling on March 3rd and there was no other problem found except that the igniter needed to be replaced. Don’t buy from this dishonest seller. He’d rather damage his reputation than have a reasonable warranty for a $60 replacement. By the way, I found an exact replacement for $31 on Amazon when I came back from the store today and it would be delivered on the same day! This also tells me that this seller also overcharges customers. P.S. When I was purchasing the replacement in March, I heard the owner told the customer in front of me to write a good review of the store for a discount of $20.

This place is great. Woke up to the furnace stopping and starting. They had a new flame sensor ready for me and it was up and running in less than 30 minutes. Next I broke the ignitor, it was old and brittle. Same thing, on hand, back up and running in less than 30 minutes. Wow!
