Called the number that is posted for this store asked I'd they had the part drove all the way from Brookfield to find out they don't have what I was looking for that I had to go to the Chicago location
Always have parts when needed Great customer service...
Talked on the phone with the guy and he got super defensive about the model number, I couldnt find it on the stove and found a users guide with 4 numbers on there and they guy got upset and shory about the model number being from the unit. Not helpful at all and seemed annoyed I called. I'll just buy from Amazon and wait a day.

Great quality parts but INSANELY OVERPRICED!!! I only buy from them when i can't wait for it to ship. this is too many times over the past 20 years.

I paid double the price, but having the part immediately was worth it. Customer service is non existent, so don’t expect a smile or friendly service.
I've fixed my appliances multiple times and I come here when I need parts or tools. They know what they are talking about, and if they don't have a part they get it in a day or so. You also have the option to travel to one of their other locations if its more urgent. If you want to make it better, start a Tool Rental service.
Tried this place on two occasions and have never ran into people I’ve felt like I was bothering more in my life just by asking availability... I’ll never try again, rude people who don’t like the public shouldn’t deal with the public.

I was there today to buy a dryer part and I had a few questions. He didn't know what they did. He couldn't help me out. It's sure not like the old place next time I'll just hit a button and order it on line. Will never go back. Very very poor customer service.
Very disappointing! I stopped in looking for a timer and the young guy behind the counter was rude. Seemed like I was bothering him. I gave him the part and he told me he really can’t tell what I need. Don’t Bother!
Helpful counter men. Vast warehouse of everything you'll need for HVAC and appliance repair. Pro or amateur. They are worth the drive. Tip: bring your part if unsure of what you need.
