Great customer service and super fast! Called them in the morning for an AC issue and they were out within a few hours and fixed the problem. Very reasonable cost as well. Highly recommend!
Would definitely recommend them to anyone. I had another company out originally to repair my furnace and was told I needed a $15k new system. Found Planz through a friend’s recommendation and called them. They showed up same day and in less than an hour identified and fixed the problem. I actually had a bird’s nest blocking the air intake so my furnace was overheating. Problem solved without buying a whole new HVAC system! Would DEFINITELY recommend again. Thanks!!!

Called them and they were set to come the next day, which they did. However, the man that came out was unsure of what what going on with our boiler setup (which is fine, not everyone knows everything). But he said he would have to talk to someone else in the business and he would have him call us later on that day(Tuesday April 5th). It's now April 9th and we've still not received any call back and our heat still is not working. Tried calling this morning and if I decide to call the number I'm referred to on the message I get charged for weekend calls.
Incredible work by great people. Dave Planz and his installation team were responsive, clean, and went out of their way to answer all of our questions and accommodate a few specific requests. They did a perfect job with the Amana furnace and AC replacement, all for a competitive price. Very highly recommended!

I had this company do an Air Conditioning Install last week - 5.7.2021 and they seemed to do an okay job except for one thing. We asked that they reconnect a vent was disconnected before they arrived, and they agreed to do so. However, we later discovered that they did not do it. It turned out the tech (Kevin) did not have the material to do the job, and instead of letting us know he couldn't do it, they didn't say anything. I just believe in the old saying, "if you say you're going to do something, then do it". But if you can't do it, at least be honest and forthcoming enough to be upfront with your paying customers. Not to mention I spent $4,000 dollars with them for this installation. I am disappointed in this company, but hoping my A/C will work this Summer.

Dave is awesome!!! Cleaned my dirty XR80 and did a thorough cleaning. I would highly recommend Planz Heating and Air Conditioning to my family and friends. Please, have your furnace and AC checked annually. I didn't and I thought I was going to have to spend hundreds on a repair. Turns out my furnace just needed to be cleaned. Give Dave a call and you will not regret it! Dave is also very knowledgeable with Nest and other WiFi thermostats. If you have a Nest, be sure to get a C (Common) wire hooked up.

Planz not only onstalled our new HVAC unit; they sourced it, which wasn't easy! When our unit declined to the point of having to jack up the temp to keep it running, finding that unit again was a difficult task! In spite of the heat wave and an extremely busy season, they searched for a good replacement unit with a warranty. First, they were given the wrong unit, so they went back and re- sourced it. They ordered again, and when the new unit came in, they called and came out the next day; installing it and instructing us on it's operation and care! I waited a couple if weeks to be sure it could handle the job, and it's working wonderfully!! Thanks to Dave and his crew for taking the time to insure we had the best unit for our needs, with a warranty and the best price! They are highly recommended! They will be our maintenance providers for all our HVAC needs from now on!!
Was referred to Planz by a contractor friend. They came to check out my AC that wasn't cooling properly. Told me my unit was fine and all I needed was a new thermostat. Honest, professional, and friendly. CJ showed up and I was back in business 30 minutes later. It's obvious why they have all these 5 star reviews. Anytime I have HVAC issues I am calling Planz. Furnace not kicking on issue was completed today, Saturday, and we were absolutely happy with their service and professionalism. Dealt with John, Mona, and Greg. Nice to know there are still old school, shake your hand when they meet you, type of businesses. Will recommend and use in the future. Well done!
