Bogdan has forever lost my business and I do NOT recommend them to anyone. Serious integrity concerns…. I was unimpressed with the technician, Oscar, that came to service my home. In fact, it wasn’t even “service” at all. I prefer the term: disservice. It seemed that this guy hated his job and did not want to help us out. He FAILED to identify the issue, FAILED to inform us of his findings, and FAILED to offer a resolution. We were in need and this company failed to come to the rescue. He was not friendly or caring towards me in any way. I questioned his integrity and workmanship that he did what he charged me. I was hesitant to even pay the man. It’s such an uninformative and unfortunate experience given the long years Bogdan has.

We had a new furnace and water heater installed last Fall. We were very happy with the job that was done. We called on Monday because a plastic pipe was disconnected from what we thought was connected to the furnace. A picture of the problem was sent by text, and it was determined to actually be connected to the AC. An appointment was scheduled for someone to come out on Wed. We were kept informed of any changes in the schedule before the technician came. The technician was on time, and the problem was taken care of quickly. We were pleasantly surprised to be told there was no charge. The technician said it would be waived due to the warranty on the furnace. We will definitely be using this company again. Great customer service, and an honest and trustworthy company.
They were able to get us an estimate within 2 hours of calling on a day when it was 33 degrees after 3 days of being in the 80s. That's when our furnace finally died. They were out with an estimate and less than 24 hours later we have our new unit installed and running. The crew was on time, professional, and polite. Not to mention their estimate was about $700 less than the service we'd been using for 15 years. They have a new customer for life! HIGHLY RECCOMEND!
