I have used Lakehouse over the years from repairs to recently a full heating and AC change out. You just cannot go wrong with a local business who prioritizes fair prices and good service over bottom line. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the guys at Lakehouse to anyone!

I called today because I thought my air was not working properly and on probably the hottest day of the year (thus far at 91) I was able to get an appointment within 2 hours of my call. Dennis and Tony were great! They gave me a lot of helpful information and tips on how to properly take care of unit. With my mom being very asthmatic that information plus the additional Freon helped give me piece of mind that I needed. It definitely is cooler in here now and my mom's asthma is under control. Thank you again for your service, knowledge and honesty. This is the first place I have ever owned so it is great to know I have someone I can count on for this kind of help and service. Will definitely use again and when that time comes for a replacement I am definitely calling Dennis and Tony! All the best, James

Dennis is fair, honest, and dependable. We had another well known HVAC business tell us our system was completely shot and a health risk to our family and that we needed a whole new system. Dennis came in and identified that it was a bad part that just needed replacement. He ordered the part and installed the next day. We have found them to be very honest and fair on pricing. We have used them since for other plumbing and air conditioning needs and have had the same fair and reliable service. Can’t say enough good things about Lakehouse! Five stars ⭐️ plus!
Dennis and Tony were awesome! Very professional and informative. My air conditioning went out on a 100 degree day last week. I called Dennis and not only did he come out in the morning to give an estimate he came back that afternoon to install it! Several other companies couldn't do an install till the middle of JULY!..I was so grateful that he was able to take care of the situation! They definitely have a new customer!! I will use them again and recommend them to family and friends! Great guys and a great business!
Dennis and Tony were very professional and responsive!!! They are extremely easy to talk to and explained the issues and what they were going to do in a simple manner. I replaced my hot water heater and sump pump and I was completely satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend them in the future!
I did my research and found all the reviews positive for this company..I wasn’t disappointed.. Dennis was extremely professional and courteous to me and my wife.. they did a great job replacing the old water heater and walked me through what they did..very conversational and he made us feel like he was taking care of family.. highly recommend.. we will be calling in the future for other break downs.. -Jim Safarik
Mr. Tony & Mr. Dennis are absolute stars at Lakehouse Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Inc! I had a time-sensitive issue to replace a furnace in the midst of a strong winter. I called them in the morning, they gave me the same day competitive price for a new furnace and the next day the unit was installed working very nicely. They were super fast, very friendly and professional. I wish I could give them 10 stars in this review!
They definitely know what they are doing. But be aware $125 is a service call. Just to show up. Then I paid $250 to clear code which was due to a bird nest in exhaust blocking air (which They cleared using wire) . That cost me $250 Forget to tell you I paid 4% Credit card fee since I paid by Credit card . All in All $390 and no parts were replaced at all. You will be the Judge.
We bought our home in September and installed a new thermostat in October. Recently, we were experiencing issues and called Lakehouse b/c the previous owners used them for service and we figured that they had a mutually good rapport. My husband called and spoke to Dennis and he was able to come out the same day! He was friendly, courteous & professional. Dennis was able to explain the problem so that we could understand the issue and how to go about resolving it. I would highly recommend Lakehouse for prompt, efficient and exceptional service!

Lakehouse has always been there when I need them. When my AC broke on the hottest day of the year, Tony and Dennis were there to fix it. When my water heater broke, they installed a brand new unit the same day. Don’t hesitate to call Lakehouse!
