Martin was outstanding! He spent time explaining all of our options using terminology we could understand. He did not try to oversell us as he gave us 4 options which met our needs - and actually encouraged us to go with the second to the lowest priced option. Martin and Peter were the gentleman who installed the furnace and air conditioner. They took the time to do the job right and left our home cleaner than they found it. We called on a Friday night because our AC was not working properly. From the very first call to the company, they were very nice and accommodating. They were at our house within a half hour and found the problem. We will definitely be using Gordon's Heating and Cooling again.
Martin is a splendid technician who identified our intermittent problem and determined it was the control board. He obtained the replacement component and replaced it. System is working as it should. Would definitely hire them again.
