I only gave one star because.. I couldn't give a zero. I called .left a message. .never received a call back ..nit even a confirmation that they received my call and may have been too busy. We called another AC repair man he came out at 9:30 at night. Fixed our AC.
Service was timely and courteous, and they were really good about getting me all of the information I needed to run the system, apply for rebates, etc. And the Mitsubishi heat pump they installed is the bees knees. Whisper quiet inside and out.
I had a great experience with Air-ease. Prices were reasonable, service was outstanding, and the devices are keeping our home nice and cool in these recent 90° days. My only criticism is the answering service that they use when the office is at lunch or away, the answering service was pretty awful and had some terrible customer service people. The actual Air-ease office personnel and service techs, however, were totally professional and amazing. My review won't be swayed by something out of their control, and I would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking to get ductless AC installed!

The work done by your team was very professional and well done the workers were very easy to get along with as they did there jobs. I would recommend your services to anyone that would like to have ductless air condition done in their home or work places. My first experience was a service call for my split heat pump located in the sunroom and bedroom. The Mitsubishi compressor was not working. It was cold outside and we had a heavy snowstorm. My previous company that installed the unit had gone out of business. The owner of Air Ease, Bob, immediately came and inspected the unit and discovered that a circuit board had become defective. The unit was only 6 months old at the time. The circuit board was covered by the warranty. He followed up with the installation of the new circuit board After a positive experience with Air Ease I decided to enter into a service agreement to have my Trane heat pump, electronic air cleaner, humidifer, and the Mitsubishi compressor and split units. Brandon, son of the owner has serviced all of this equipment with regular spring and fall checks to insure all equipment was running according to factory specifications. Brandon has learned well from his father over the years and has done an exceptional job. I should point out that our Trane heat pump and furnace are 14 years old. I initially chose Air Ease because they were a Diamond Mitsubishi dealer as well as an American Standard/Trane dealer. I have remained with Air Ease over the years because of their expertise in keeping my equipment running. I can easily give them five stars out of five stars for dependability and honesty. Frank H. We just had our second Mitsubishi ductless air conditioner installed and couldn't be happier. The Air-ease people were very professional and thorough during the ordering and installation. The air conditioner works well in our home, and we rate them a 5 star business.
Air-Ease is the BEST! When my central air system stopped, I first called a very well known and popular heating and cooling company. The technician from that company stated that I needed a new cooling system. I then called Air-ease. The technician showed me which part needed to be replaced. It was very affordable.. I've been and Air-ease customer since 2005. I do the spring and fall cooling and furnace cleaning and checks. When the time comes to replace my heating or cooling system Air-ease will get my business.
Purchasing A/C is never easy.....especially for a 3,000 square foot 2 story barn that is only used for a handful of events each Summer. But....dealing with the hot Summer sun on that metal barn roof forced us to take action. We considered it before....but after we talked with contractors, they said it couldn't be done effectively, ductwork would ruin the historical look of the barn, and it would cost $$$$$$$....and even then....no guarantees. Well out of desperation during this hot 2016 Chicago Summer, we searched again for an A/C contractor. Well, God was shining on us when we found Air-Ease. From the very first call to Denise (LOIS), we were assured that their Mitsubishi 36,000 BTU Heating/Cooling unit would do the job. Denise spent quite a bit of time telling me about the unit - no ductwork; extremely quiet; very efficient and will only take a a day or two to install. She could sense that I was concerned about the heat and only a few days away from one of our Summer barn events. She did not pressure me at all, but stated that she could adjust schedules to get my A/C installed in time for the event. Well, my wife and I took a day to think about it....then we pulled the trigger. Denise ordered the unit....and a day earlier than scheduled, her husband, Bob, and their son came out and installed the unit. They even accommodated our request to paint the outside line cover to blend the appearance with the color of the barn, even though it delayed their installation. Not only did they work all day in the hot hot weather, they were very professional....and I could even sense excitement in their voice and attitudes....just eager to show how well the unit will perform. Well, I am happy to say that the unit performed as planned for our barn event, removing the humidity and cooling the second floor of the barn even on a very hot mid 90's day; We had a large group of friends and family over to enjoy great music in the barn....including our new friends....Denise (Lois) and Bob
Excellent Service. I was referred by in laws and will never use anyone else. Great prices and ease at my making appointments. I have had my furnance cleaned, humidamist installed and a new thermostat put in. Thank you Aire Ease!
