Piyush came out yesterday to confirm that a new compressor was needed and came in today to put in the new compressor. He was knowledgeable, polite, and thorough! I am impressed at how quickly this job was done once the problem was diagnosed. Brian also was wonderful in calling/communicating each step of the repair, which gave me peace of mind. First appointment- Carlos was very thorough in attempting to diagnose the problem I had with my AC. He was also very professional, polite, and explained that he needed a second opinion from a more experienced technician. He called the dispatcher and scheduled an appt for another technician to come out the very next day! I very much appreciate his honesty and his willingness to get a resolution to my AC problem. I look forward to getting my AC problem fixed, especially since it is still under warranty.

Last week one of my air conditioning units failed and I scheduled a call for a convenient time. The technician was right on time and even wore protective booties over his shoes anytime he was in my house. The problem was a bad fan motor but the unit was 15 years old so I decided to replace the unit, BTW the replacement was my idea the tech Piyush never pushed it which I thought was impressive. I also had him check my second unit which, to my surprise, was 15 years old. Go figure it was running perfectly with correct everything. I also inquired about replacing that unit figuring it had to have run close to its practical life. I have to be honest in saying this company will not be the cheapest one but imho the cheapest are seldom the best value in the long run. I was quoted a very fair price for the units and set up an installation date for a convenient time for me. You won't find me endorsing very much but I think these folks deserve it. I guess in the end you get what you pay for.

They were on time and very professional. Both men worked hard and completed the installation in 3- 4 hours.
One Hour Heating and Cooling has done a great job on maintaining my air conditioner. I bought one from them in 2019 and they were not the cheapest, but they provided the most value for our money. After the installation; for some reason my electric outlet went out after the A/C installation, and they came out a week later and fixed the outlet free of charge. Now that's great service, so definitely they deserve five stars.

My husband, Jim Tomczyk, and I felt that Technician David Rodriguez did a great job performing our AC check today. He was very courteous and professional.
Mike did a great job getting my AC ready for the summer. He clean everything and even showed me a couple of things regarding my system that I didn't know. These should make my AC more efficient. He also noticed I needed to recharge the refrigeration and was able to complete that while he was here. Mike was fantastic.
Jeff did a great job. Proficient and pleasant. Explained berthing to me including costs. Would highly recommend the company and him and would specifically ask for him again.
