We had an emergency with the AC gone out with very hot Temps and bad air quality and my 89 year old mom who has asthma. They came out that afternoon to diagnose the problem, ordered the part needed and came back the following day to install. Very pleased with their service.
Recently used McNally’s for an A/C tuneup. Great experience from the initial conversation with the office manager all the way to the Angel, our service technician! Very professional and courteous. Definitely will use them for any upcoming service needed.

We have used McNally’s for a number of years, for maintenance as well as new installation, and have received quality service from pleasant and knowledgeable technicians. Sebastian, our most recent service person, was no exception.
I recently had my entire AC system go down. McNally’s was super quick to come out and let us know what our options were. The sales rep Russ was great in explaining all the options and what we were getting with each one. As someone unfamiliar with HVAC systems, I left this meeting with a great understanding of the systems. The prices were also incredibly competitive and part of the reason we chose them on top of their high reputation. When it came to installation, the professionalism and expertise was just as high. Tyler, Steve, and Garrett did a fantastic job of installing the entire system in one day. After they finished the install, and a long day in no AC, they took the extra time to walk us through how the system works and the important things for us to know. I cannot recommend McNally’s enough! The overall experience we had was fantastic and made a bad situation (AC out) into a good one. I look forward to having McNallys as my HVAC choice for years to come!
Just had a great service call from McNally's! They responded to my website inquiry within an hour and were willing/able to send someone out immediately, and were so helpful in picking a time window the next day that worked for us. The technician was incredibly kind and helpful. He listened to my description of the issues with my AC units and let me watch as he inspected. He talked me through everything he was checking, explained all the parts he was looking at, and even let me take photos of the testing tools he used so I could look into them myself. No alarmist pitches to try and talk me into unnecessary repairs, he was very respectful and patient with all my questions. Highly recommend!

We just changed over to McNally’s from a competitor and could not be happier. Over the past 7 years we’ve had a variety of HVAC issues and the competitor simply could not discover the cause or remediate the primary problem, a vent and duct that just would not function. After considerable frustration, we called in McNally’s to troubleshoot. In addition to addressing a separate concern that the prior company failed to properly diagnose, Russ Downs and his team found the root cause of the vent issue in about 20 minutes. Our home is now comfortable and we couldn’t be happier. The install team for our new A/C unit was exceptionally professional and even locked up our home for us during an unexpected and unrelated family emergency. McNally’s is that rare company that hasn’t forgotten what makes a great company…that is, great, qualified, happy employees. Highly recommend!
Esteban was great. He showed each issue immediately upon discovery before moving forward. He was thorough in his explanations for cause and effects. He was early too which definitely helps.
I wish I could give this company a lot more than 5 stars! There was nothing not to like! The two young men that came to clean out the dryer vent were so nice, did an absolutely great job, including cleaning up afterwards, and even replaced the vent pipe for free. I couldn’t have asked for better service. If you want quality work from a company that believes in good service and hiring people that do them proud, then this is the company to call!
The wonderful owner of Priority One, Bob S, who installed and serviced my A/C and furnace, sold his company. I opted to schedule an appointment with McNally's because the company is family-owned, they specialize in HVAC, and had a five-star rating on Google. Max arrived on time and was very professional. He provided a seasonal A/C tune-up and confidently answered a couple of questions I had. My neighbors were outside and I suggested that they should have McNally's/Max service their A/C as well. They wanted to proceed then and there, but Max had another appointment to get to. I'm sure they'll make an appointment with McNally's.
McNally’s techs are very friendly, knowledgeable and punctual. They always take the time to explain what they are doing and show before and after pics of what has been completed during their visit. Truly appreciate them and the work they do. Definitely recommend.

Jimmy came out next day to fix my A/C. He gave honest advice and answered all of my questions. Not sure how the price compares but either way it was a great experience and I will be calling in the future.
Excellent service. Tyler and Steve installed a new furnace and AC for us. They were professional, courteous, and informative. They left their work areas neater/cleaner than they found them. Highly recommend.
Bought a new thermostat, furnace, and a/c through Russ at McNallys. He is friendly, very knowledgeable, professional, and offered us a very competitive price with quick installation. Could not be happier with the quality and of these units. Ask for Russ!

Charles was a very polite and professional young man. He offered to answer any questions I might have several times. He did an excellent job cleaning my ducts and vents and left my place clean. I definitely would recommend McNally"s.
