The best service and value anywhere. They were the only people who took the time to describe their method of product installation. Led me through the process and made me feel much more at ease than the other people did. Because their quote was also very competitive, I'm glad I went with them. Highly recommendable!!!

They are extremely responsive and do an great job. We lost our air over the summer and Heating And Cooling had me up and running within hours until the new unit arrived. Excellent communication!! You always know what's going on, from when you phone in for service to when they call to remind you of your appointment, call if the technician is running late, and call when the technician arrives. Once the specialist arrives on site, they introduce themselves, listen to your complaint, inspect, diagnose, and then present you with numerous solutions, ranging from temporarily fixing it to keep it going to completely fixing it and everything in between.
Several local businesses submitted proposals. Harmonic Heating And Cooling firm's bid was much lower than the others. Everyone we worked with was pleasant and accommodating. The project manager and I even FaceTimed when I proposed at the last minute that we install the new AC unit in a different area than where the old one was and he helped to get it all sorted out for us. 10/10 experience. Highly recommended!
For the past three years, we've had a maintenance contract with Harmonic Heating And Cooling company, and our eleven-year-old system is in perfect working order. Our technician today was an extremely nice, friendly young man. He did an amazing job and thoroughly explained everything to me. I enjoy knowing why and what is required. Our air conditioner and furnace were just replaced. James explained our alternatives to us and answered all of our questions patiently and thoroughly. His team completed the installation and did an excellent job. They used their tools and equipment with care, and they took the time to lay down floor covering and clean up after themselves. I appreciate that they explained what they did and showed us how to operate the new units. Overall great experience.

These guys replaced my AC unit along with making some furnace modifications. It’s saved on energy and runs so much better. They also come out for the tune ups in the spring and fall. Each tech who has been to my house has been kind, informative and answered any questions I had. They actually take the time to inspect and clean everything so you are ready for the season. Highly recommend!!

I had Sean come out and service my system; he was professional, showed me everything that was going on, educated me on my system and how it works. He found the issue and showed me. Great job from him and as well from the one who provided me with great options and for his proficiency and respect at my house.
