I signed up with their maintenance plan and it has worked out really good for me. I like it a lot. They will call to schedule when it is time for the next checkup and then come out to perform the service needed. I have had no complaints and they've done an excellent professional job. I've used them to replace my furnace and air conditioner. They took time to explain all the options and listened and answered questions and installed the right systems for my needs. I like them a lot and will continue to use them.
Matt provides a detailed evaluation of my hvac system, noting the age of the system and how it is performing. Really appreciate that information and his analysis.
Our heat went out on a very cold day. I called and was able to get same day service with the friendly staff. Promised between 2-4 and the repairman was on site around 3. Performed a cleaning and our heat was working in no time. Highly recommend!

Phillips offers a system maintenance special every year which is a bargain. They clean the furnace, check filters, check to humidifier and makes sure you are ready to go. Great Job!

I have the seasonal maintenance plan, and they always contact me on time to schedule heater/AC checks. Maintenance check is thorough and the tech goes through all the details with me. I always feel confident in our equipment after these checks.
Phillips heating and Air is a great company to work with. The staff are friendly and professional. They are prompt and courteous. The gentleman who came to check on our furnace and A/C was very friendly. He didn't mind talking to my kids and answering their curious questions. Did what he needed to do and didn't leave any mess behind. I would highly recommend this company.

These folks have always performed stellar repair and service. They are our first place to call for HVAC service.
First negative review I’ve ever left. They gave me a service schedule of between 8:30 and 10:30 and I let them know I had an appointment at 11:00. They showed up at 10:25. Serviceman constantly complained about coworkers and then when coworker called him they were talking angrily at each other and dropping F-bombs. Since I had to be somewhere at 11:00 he couldn’t do the job and said they’d do it later today and to call them back when I got home. I did that and then they told me that the earliest they could be back was Saturday. My heat has been broken since Monday and because of their lateness and unprofessionalism I have to continue to wait.
Phillips installed new AC. Company did a fantastic job. They were efficient, courteous,and extremely good at clean up. Also sales representative went over options with me and not at all pushy, trying to get me to buy most expensive. I very much appreciate that. I would highly recommend Phillips Heating and Cooling. They did a wonderful job and will use them for maintenance and when I need a new furnace.
I just had a new AC and furnace put in and am above and beyond happy with everything. Patricia was so nice, informative and answered all my questions. I appreciated the several options I was given to choose from. The installation of both pieces was done in a timely manner and installed well. Everybody at this wonderful company is super nice, patient, and gets the job done well. I will definitely continue doing business here!
After Patricia (the owner and wonderful person) came and gave us an estimate, Beth their scheduling office lady,(very personable sweet lady) arranged our appointment. Big Mike, Mark, and apprentice Michael, came this morning and removed existing furnace and AC unit, installed new furnace, (ENERGY EFFICIENT) and new AC (ENERGY efficient as well). They were done by 12:30 ish. The whole job was very much professionally done, and the skills of all are unmatched. We had gotten another estimate from another company, and the estimator was very unprofessional in his appearance and 3500.00 higher. They removed a 60+ year old gas furnace. Then they installed a new high eff. furnace and air conditioner. They also replaced the T-stat. Everything works perfectly. They were neat and cleaned up around their work area. i would recommend them to friends and family.
Just had my HVAC system replaced by Phillips. Pat was great to work with during the quoting process. She went over the options and put together the right systems for us. The installation crew was fabulous. Friendly, thorough and clean. Extremely pleased.
