The service was awesome. Arrived in a timely manner and spent a lot of time checking the a/c unit and making sure everything was working properly. Well worth the cost.

We needed to replace an existing AC unit and furnace. We had a LOT of questions re: heat pump vs. standard AC unit and Eric was very responsive and patient in answering all of our questions. Ultimately we decided on the heat pump. Jason and Tyler did a great job removing the old systems and installing the new units. Kendall was very helpful answering questions about warranty and registration of all components. We would recommend Residential Heating and Cooling for any HVAC needs.
Great service and great team! Send an email with an emergency heating issue and within 20 minutes I had an appointment set up. Kendall and Brett were responsive and very helpful. Jon G (technician) was friendly, knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process of what he was doing. Highly recommend!

John arrived on time checkout the air conditioner and knew immediately was was wrong. Thankfully he was able to access the condo roof and check out the air conditioner. With in minutes the cool air was blowing. Highly recommend this company. John is very knowledgeable and professional.
My experience with Residential heating and air conditioning from start to finish was excellent, the technician ( Frankie) that came to my house was very polite, he let me know what was going on every step of the way. Absolutely the best experience I've had. The owner Eric is a joy to business with. I received installation of a new Air Conditioning unit eight hours after I made the phone call. His crew is fantastic. Exceptional work. No need to call any other HVAC company. Just call Eric !!!

Jason and Eric were both great to work with. Eric provided an in depth assessment of our home and Jason did thorough and quality work installing a new furnace and heat pump. You can tell they both take pride in their work. Jason even rerouted our gas line to our furnace so that it was less in the way. Easily the best company we’ve worked with, and would happily recommend them to anyone I know.
No pressure sales tactics, and resolved issue quickly. Fast response time (same day). Technician Frankie was great. Will be using again for maintenance and repairs in future.
Overall great experience from the team! Great response rate from Eric, who presented a fair evaluation and proposal in accordance to our needs. Tyler and Jason were super friendly and worked efficiently on the day of the install. They were in and out within 4 hours, and left the place neat and tidy after. Highly recommend for any HVAC service/install.
I shopped around with several different HVAC companies and got the best price by FAR from residential heating and cooling. I am amazed at the quality of the work for being so competitively priced! The installer Jay was amazing! He knew what he was doing and it shows.
These guys ROCK!! Eric the owner is so helpful and knowledgeable. I spoke with the office manager Kendall several times throughout the process and no matter how many times I called with questions she was happy to help.
Stevie was incredibly helpful, professional, and just a pleasure to do business with. I wanted to update this review. I've used Residential Heating and Cooling for 2 HVAC systems now. Both were times the installers were professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Can't recommend these guys enough.
