We have been using this company for over 6 years and they are always reliable and easy to work with. They are also very accommodating to our needs, which is great when you have an older building with many different systems that need constant attention.
It took them less than an hour to get it back up and running. The technician was kind, well-informed, and meticulous in his work. He even took photos of my unit's interior so I could see precisely how it appeared after he fixed it. It was just like starting over with a brand-new system! For any heating or cooling concerns you could have, I strongly suggest them!

Called Henson Heating & Air Conditioning during one of the hottest days on record because our A/C quit. They came within an hour and had us up and running (and cool) within the next hour. They were not my first call that day but from now on they will be! I won't be hiring anyone else. You won't be sorry with these guys. Professional, reasonable pricing and quick and accurate service are just some of their top priorities.
Very pleasant process from start to finish. No pressure sales pitch during estimate. Sales rep very knowledgeable. Financing was easy. The install crew arrived on time. Enoch & James did a great job diagnosing the problem with my air conditioner unit and walking me thru the various options/scenarios for repair. They had very engaging personalities and would be excellent in a public relations positions as well. Totally satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them.
Today Henson Heating & Air Conditioning came to do a routine tune up on our furnace and air handlers before the winter season. Enoch was the tech and he was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He also took the time to explain what he had done and did not leave until the job was finished.
Enoch was early for my appointment, which I feel rarely happens! He went through his procedure of what he was going to be doing and he was great about my animals. The job was done quickly and he didn’t leave a trace behind! I have used Henson Heating & Air Conditioning in the past and will keep using them!
