We are new clients of Phoenix HVAC and had an experience which exceeded our expectations! They were highly recommended by a colleague after our HVAC system kicked on one day and we heard sounds of tumbling metal & ice. Scheduling a technician to inspect our unit was easy; they were even able to accommodate my request to visit as soon as possible when their schedule was stacked. Tyler B. was the technician who came to visit - he was incredibly knowledgeable about HVAC and answered every question I asked with a genuine interest in sharing his expertise. When I asked Tyler a question about a detail of the Legacy Membership, he called the Phoenix HVAC office to be sure he gave me the exact right information. He even put the phone on speaker to maintain transparency. Another detail I noticed was that Tyler was thoughtful about locking the doors behind him when he knew he wouldn’t be returning to that area for a while (eg: the front door after fetching the ladder from the truck). Based on the original referral and the experience we had with Phoenix HVAC, we became Legacy members without hesitation. Kudos to the organization for prioritizing the customer and their experience during a time when stressors & potential expenses can be high!
My furnace was blowing cold air. I called Phoenix and a technician was available the same day. Abel came out and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Reasonably priced too. I would recommend!
Phoenix installed a Heat Pump for our house. From the quote to the installation it was clear that they know what they were talking about, they use the products they install and can talk about their pros/cons in an honest way. Their price was extremely competitive and Jon was happy to answer all the questions I had before pulling the trigger, which were a lot. Connor did a great job on the installation and he even took time to brainstorm ideas of how to further improve the comfort of our house using the boiler/radiator system that we now use as a backup. It's been a few days since the installation, and we've only had above freezing temps, but so far the Heat Pump is working excellent despite the common thought that they don't work in our climate. We look forward to keep working with Phoenix in the future.

Exceptional prompt friendly service, very competitively priced. They did a 5 star job replacing and installing a compressor unit in my condo.
Make sure the heat is working before the tech leaves. I had to bleed the system the next day to get heat. They fixed the second floor pump problem they say was caused by faulty thermostat install by us. It had worked for 8 months before then. Don't assume just because the pump is running things are okay. Have the tech check to make sure your getting heat through the whole system before they leave.

Had Phoenix come out to the office to look at furnace / AC system requested a change of all filters, and thermostats to be adjusted as well as provide a yearly maintenance quotation. They left and never returned, contacted office weeks later they still had no quote pending suppliers pricing a month later now and no response
Phoenix has excellent service and knowledgable technicians. They are very responsive and take very good care of my heating and AC equipment. I highly recommend this company.
I love working with the team at Phoenix HVAC and am so glad that I found them among the much larger companies in the field. Phoenix is big enough to provide help when you need it but small enough so that you come to know the people who are working in your home or managing the office. They are just all around excellent, responsive, and good, hardworking people--and all of their technicians have been great too. I worked with them to remove my two existing a/c units and replace them with two new Bosch heat pumps, a new air handler to replace one of my furnaces, and new thermostats. They worked with my convoluted and shifting schedule in connection with other construction projects, got here on a dime when the schedule changed, and now have us set up with a new system we are very excited about using as our primary heating and cooling with natural gas only a backup during extreme cold. On top of that, they are among the only companies I found who are serious about heat pumps, electrification, and where this industry is (and needs to be heading). Not only do they install Bosch heat pumps, they have them on their own homes so they know what they are talking about. I highly recommend working with Phoenix on your next project.
Anthony at Phoenix is so creative that he confidently promised SpacePak installation on our 1912 Victorian home when no one else could...and then he delivered!! Ismael found away into the kitchen and is an HVAC genius, and Connor and Raoul worked in our house on 100+ degree days in the summer. Communication was great and the work was a huge success. I will recommend Phoenix to everyone seeking a responsive, creative, experienced, pro-active, solutions-oriented HVAC team!
I recently had a dual heating and AC system installed in our house and I was very pleased with all aspects of the installation. Anthony and Bob were wonderful to work with and made me feel completely comfortable with choosing the system. Before Phoenix I had some bad experiences with other companies so I researched and read reviews of many companies and no one came close to Phoenix. The bonus was that they were even better than I had expected. No complaints from me only praise.
I was having a problem with my damper system that my company of 20 years couldn’t identify Jeff was here and once I gave him all of my background info diagnosed it within 15 minutes. A little under a week due to supply chain issues with ordering a new board all is working Well!
Phoenix HVAC did a fantastic job on an AC replacement. The technicians got started on time and made sure the new equipment was installed and functioned correctly. They also respected the home and cleaned up after themselves. We use Phoenix for all of our HVAC needs.
The previous owner of my unit used Phoenix to install a Unico system, and I've kept them engaged for periodic maintenance and any necessary repairs. Every time I've needed anything, they're extremely responsive and do whatever it takes to get the issue resolved. Their whole crew are really pleasant to work with - Angel was able to swing by between stops to help out as needed, which was very much appreciated. My building also engaged Phenix to replace the shared radiator boiler - they were able to track down a furnace that worked perfectly for our building in the dead of winter when nobody else could find any (covid supply chain issues), and got the replacement swapped in extremely quickly and at a lower cost than the other bids we received. Overall just a great company to work with, and I have every intention of using them moving forward.
Got my furnace and AC replaced and Phoenix was great all the way through. From my first call with Maggie, they were very responsive and quick to get someone out to quote and then to schedule the replacement. Dom and Bill did an excellent job and I trust they did everything necessary to get my old system out and my new one in and they stayed late until they could make sure the system was running properly. Planning to join their maintenance membership as well! Thanks to everyone at Phoenix!
Great company to deal with and the employees we have dealt with have been very professional. We have had then to our house for repairs and routine maintenance. Highly recommend.
