Hvac repairs are always frustrating but I was pleasantly surprised at the speed in which new horizon was able to service my AC. I called Sunday afternoon and someone arrived at 7pm to take a look. Turns out I needed a new blower motor and they were able to pick it up Monday morning and my AC was working better than ever by 10am Monday morning. Less than 24 hours after my initial call I had someone come 2x and my issues were fully resolved.
David was great to work with, priced fairly and straightforward. He was very knowledgeable and able to give us the cause and explaination on why the issue occurred and how to avoid it in the future. Gave great recommendations on how to improve our current HVAC system which we did indeed take him up on. I could not recommend a service provider more!
Dave came to my condo on emergency. He checked and found many things improperly done in my new condo. He spent a long time, and although my air conditioning unit is over 35 years old, he repaired it, and I could not recommend him any higher than the best.

New Horizon is a real gem and David is a pleasure to work with. Not only was he responsive, his professionalism, industry knowledge and attention to detail made the whole experience better. I received a quote the same day and we made arrangements to have the unit replaced within a few days. David has years of experience and it shows. He walked me through the replacement process, pointed out every detail and patiently answered questions. Three weeks later he checked in to ensure everything was running smoothly and I didn’t have further questions. I highly recommend New Horizon Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for a HVAC company.

New Horizon just completed installing two zone valves and a back flow preventer in my hot-water, home heating system. David Matti, the owner of New Horizon, is a highly skilled technician who excels at both diagnosing and implementing HVAC matters ranging from simple annual maintenance to complex repairs. He has worked in my home for many years prior to forming his own company. From the very first interaction I had with David, there was no question that he was a man with unusual competence in the HVAC field. I have the utmost confidence in him for I know him to be an honest businessman who is highly professional and trustworthy. What sets David apart from other HVAC contractors is his seriousness of purpose and dedication to doing the job right at a fair price. As evidence, for the two zone valves he just replaced, he charged the same price that I paid last year to replace just one zone valve. Hew Horizon, under the leadership of David, is fully committed to a caring, personal approach to customer relations highlighted by excellent communication. He has always gone out of his way to explain exactly what he is doing and why. I am impressed wit the quality of his workmanship and especially his attention to detail. For example, in his most recent work, David was not satisfied to just replace the two zone valves, he insisted on doing a thorough test of all four zones of our system, one at a time. To put it simply, he wanted to do the job right. When you hire New Horizon for your heating and cooling needs, you get not only a highly trained and competent technician, but a company that takes great pride in its work.

Checked out the internet for furnaces installed near me. New horizons was in my neighborhood and I like to support local businesses. Owner was very quick coming over to give me a estimate and I had a price that afternoon. Price was very good for all of the work needed and Two days later I had both furnaces installed and working in one day. Very clean, would never know all of the work was just performed.
We have known David for a long time. We trust him and he does an awesome job every time we need him.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Our AC unit died on us in the middle of Summer. We had requested a few quotes from various contractors and there’s no way we would have been given a better deal than we did with New Horizon. David with New Horizon was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. We had the appointment scheduled and completed within two days.
