Adam Carlson is always on time. He is very professional and courteous. He answers all our questions in a manner that is easy to understand. We always feel very confident with him working on our furnace and air conditioner. We will highly recommend Adam and American Star to our family and friends.

We had routine maintenance done on our A/C by Alexa Matison. This is our first experience with Alexa. She is competent, kind, and professional as all other technicians from American Star. 5 star visit.
Have been using this company for several years now. Service has always been good, friendly and efficient. It starts in the office with Meagan. She is always friendly and efficient when scheduling our service appointment. Chris S. was the tech that performed our service. Chris has been servicing our HVAC system for about 4 years. We are very comfortable with Chris wen he is at our house. He knows where everything is located inside and out. He is very friendly and we always have a short "how are things" conversation before he begins. It's nice not to have to worry about having someone in our home and not feel we have to follow him around or keep an eye on him. He completes his service and cleans up wen he is finished. I also want to note that I also have had some dealing with Al (owner) on occasion. He too is friendly and easy to talk with and is attentive and stands by his company services. We’ve used American Star for the last few years for our heating and cooling. They’ve been nothing but professional, always on time. They take the time to explain everything to you. We’ve had Chris S. to our home multiple times just for cleaning and he’s always been great! We truly are happy with their service and recommend them to anyone who asks.
We called American Star again to have our A/C maintenance as we have the past couple of years along with our furnace. It was very easy to get an appointment to fit my schedule. The comfort specialist Chris Cozza came on time and was very professional. He explained what he was doing and his work was thorough and clean. Hope to see him in the fall for my furnace check up.

American Star installed my air and furnace couple of years ago. They also cleaned the air ducks. Their work is great and professional. Chuck Alessi came last fall to maintain the heating system and I really liked the way he took his time and did a great job, so when it came to get my A/C maintained few days ago I asked for Chuck again. Very professional, he asked if I have any concerns, checked the thermostat, gave the compressor a bubble bath as he called it and did whatever else had to be done. Great job Chuck and I will be asking for you in the fall when it's time to maintain the furnace for the winter. Very satisfied customer.

Adam Carlson was the tech that came out he was great, he took the AC apart and cleaned out all cotton that was sucked in from the cottonwood tree that was out back. He answered all my questions and gave me suggestions on the use of the dampers on the furnace to cool the upstairs of my house better, its been a couple of days and his suggestions worked great. I have used this outfit for a few years and would highly recommend them!!
Chris came out for our yearly maintenance and was great! I love how efficient and honest he is about all things happening at our house.
